Silas Blackburn owns this house and is the definition of pure evil. Although he has long been dead, evil like his doesn’t just die. His spirit has continued his work and you’re now a part of the story. Silas doesn’t just kill his victims… he toys with them… tortures them… To make matters worse, the tortured souls of some of his other victims still roam the basement… leading those captured astray in hopes they will meet the same fate they have. You must keep your wits about you and not fall for their tricks.

Fun room that is a bit different than their others. The use of tech is pretty clever and my wife and I had a great time!

The Basement is a two-room game filled with a mix of locks and tech. The rooms are small, but the tech was well-used and added much to the experience. A live actress in the room improved the game and was well-timed and not overbearing. This game is linear, and some elements are poorly placed, resulting in inadvertent red herrings. I suggest asking your game master where to start, as linear games tend to be frustrating when you first begin. This will likely cut down on wasted time and unnecessary irritation. As far as the scare factor, this is pretty tame. The great use of tech will sneak up on you, though. This isn't your typical animatronic jump scare room - it is much better. Overall, I like this game, and it's worth the ticket price and time to play it.
