Amazing! We had so much fun doing this room. It was super immersive and our game master Laszlo made the entire experience wonderful!

Another excellently themed room here. If you finish in time there are bonus puzzles you will be givenβ¦loved that little bit of extra.

This game was made for our group. Itβs designed exactly in our wheelhouse while also being challenging in nature. Thereβs so much to explore and discover in such a small amount of space, but best of all, itβs immersive from start to finish. I cannot give higher praise to this establishment. It gave our group a pick-me-up after a disappointing day at a different escape room company. Thank you to Fio as well for a fantastic time! (also if you get out with enough time remaining there are bonus puzzles!!!)

The set design of this room was super cool! My group had fun playing this room.

I really liked this game! The location has a really fun and immersive atmosphere, from beginning to end. The game fit well within the overarching building story, and did a good job of tying its individual story throughout. Clues were challenging but not impossible (pay close attention, close reading can be important)! There are a lot of decorative elements that some may consider red herrings, but to me it was largely clear what was relevant and what wasnβt. There were some game flaws, but our guide was always right on top of it and assisted on the one or two times something didnβt quite work automatically. It didnβt take anything out of the experience because he was so attentive.

I did Smuggler's Den, Inventor's Attic, and Jazz Parlor. They were my 71, 72, and 73rd escape rooms, respectively. I can't say these were the best rooms I have ever done (that honor belongs to a room in Amsterdam), but they were pretty close. They are definitely must-do's if you are an enthusiast and live in the United States. The thing Escape My Room does better than any other room is create an atmosphere where everything fits together as part of a broader story. From how you enter, to what you do in the sitting room while you wait, to orientation, to the walk to the room, to the room itself, and the photos at the end--everything flowed seamlessly. It's as immersive as it gets. The rooms themselves were almost flawless. There was very little I would do differently, and even those would come down to preference and not necessarily make the rooms any better. The rooms are non-linear for the most part, but you always know what you should be doing even if it takes you some time to figure out how to do it. And there are several a-ha moments (always a good thing). I prefer them in reverse order of the way we did them--the rooms kept getting better. Five full stars easy. PS. David was an awesome game master.

Do this room first and then later do The Inventorβs Attic. This room is great (love the attention to detail and distinctive New Orleans elements) and worth your time. Love a local, well-designed room!

This room was pretty good, but I felt like we did ourselves a disservice by playing inventorβs attic first as itβs a much more immersive and impressive experience. This room felt a little outdated at times, but is still worth playing if youβre in the area!

Escape my room goes completely in on immersion the second you walk in the door. Overall love the company, but this just was not my favorite of their rooms. Still recommend playing it though.

Play it! Play all the games here! I love Escape My Room!!! Go early and explore the lobby if you can.
βNewer players will likely find Jazz Parlor challenging, but not impenetrable. Be patient. β
