IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER; PLEASE READ: I had a good, productive conversation with the owner the day after I posted this review.  He acknowledged some of my concerns and said they were highly unlikely to happen again.  A lot of it was just a comedy of errors level of things not working properly or going wrong that most likely would not happen to this extent again.

I will not edit any of my original comments or review because I feel like the information posted was true to my experience at the time I wrote it, but I did want to add this disclaimer so I could let people know that if not for the glitches and resulting frustration, I likely would have given this room a "Loved it" score.  Please do not let my negative review/score sway you away from trying this room as it is conceptually very intriguing.  I just wanted to preserve what can happen in the worst possible world where tech and equipment fail such that they result in a negative experience.  DO NOT READ FURTHER unless you have already played the room or do not mind spoilers for a few of the puzzles.

I really wanted to like this room, but there were some significant issues that ruined the experience for my group. We got stuck at numerous points due to various issues: some puzzles just straight up did not work or opened without being solved, others were finicky or difficult to parse, and the provided lights would malfunction or dim if you tried to set them on a surface. More detailed notes are available in the respective review sections. 

Ultimately, the theme was extremely interesting, and if given a chance to return for free and solve the puzzles we weren’t able to get to because of the malfunctioning equipment, I would gladly take it. But in its current state, I simply cannot recommend this room. If I had been the person to reserve or pay for it, I would have asked for a refund or disputed the charge on my card; it was that disappointing.

MUST PLAY!!! Must play!!!

Probably THE BEST IN VOLUSIA.  Bring a big group. A tad Scary mostly very interesting. 

We brought four children in costumes on Halloween aged seven, 13, 12, 14. They like scary and creepy a lot. They loved it. Was too hard for us to even come close to finishing-awesome puzzles!!!!
