Starship | Interstellar Escape

Very cool space room with high end technology! Matt our game master was awesome.

Starships were meant to fly 🚀 and this one flew near the top of my list! The Smuggler's Run comparisons are apt, but unlike that attraction, this one is actually a blast to play. So much technology packed into the room and it is used very well. Space/Sci-fi games are never my favorite but this one doesn't have all the trappings that make me frustrated with them such as overwhelming use of symbols or math. Matt was also excellent GM. Take this starship for a ride!

Game is extremely well done. Atmosphere is designed well, and the puzzles are all well integrated into the room. Very high tech, with very few actual keys or combinations. Most puzzles integrate into the room in some form. Some slightly unclear instructions that might've gotten us finished a tad be quicker as we ventured through the escape. Definitely recommend slightly higher count for the group. We did with 3 and would've been very difficult otherwise.

this room is something else!! love the decor! i truly felt like i was in a spaceship! super fun with the right group!! this is a must!!

My group made it out with no clues and almost 5 mins left. This room was okay. The set design was awesome but the puzzles were lacking. This felt more of like a giant game that was time consuming instead of puzzles that needed real skill. You ever been to Disneyland and gotten on smugglers run? This is the exact same thing just turned into an escape room. Storyline kind of feels like rise of the resistance. There was some technical difficulties which is valid, this is a high tech room and it’s still newer but I just wish the gm was paying more attention. We solved a puzzle but the “scan” aspect of it wasn’t working so we moved on as we thought it wasn’t important and 10 mins later we get our gm asking us “have you done this?” Which we explained we did it like 10 mins ago and got what we needed and then she triggered it for us on her end. Was annoying because we waisted a lot of time and if they had been paying attention to our game they could have triggered that part sooner. We felt kind of rushed as they also multiple times they came over the intercom and told us they wanted us to skip puzzles and just finish the mission but we didn’t wanna skip anything. We needed up skipping a puzzle which in post game we went over and I did that thing I needed to do but it didn’t work and again they didn’t see us try. I explained what I did, they tried to do it and it didn’t work for them either. Was kind of annoying because again, if they would have been watching then they could have triggered that part of the room? Wasn’t the best experience for our group.

🤯 Starship is amazing! Great use of space, super fun puzzles that are both physical and virtual, replayable and the set design is absolutely seamless. So immersive you forget where you really are! Very cool atmospheric elements too, its sure to blow your mind

This room ranks into my Top 5 after today. It is my 16th room but makes an easy favorite imo due to theme, amazing props, and high tech puzzles. The room is on the smaller size so my group of 4 family members was perfect. Too many more could get crowded. Very good room to do for Star Wars or sci fi fans

Take Disney’s Smugglers Run, turn it into an escape room, and you get Starship! This game was super fun for our group of 3 and there were lots for us to solve. There are some really fun puzzles that felt more like “playing” (that’s the best I can come up with, without spoiling anything). As always, team work is key in escape rooms so bring friends you like working with. It will definitely help you in this room!

Was a unique and fun escape room , but I think to make the escape room a little harder I would suggest not to have the checklist . Just because it felt like we had a cheat sheet . Or maybe some of the check list omitted . Different and detailed, but didn't seem hard enough .

🌌🔭🦔 Astro-nerd here! This room finally delivered an escape room IN SPACE that we all desperately needed. Most rooms fail to capture the essence of being on a ship in space but this room was like Smugglers Run at Disneyland if Disney took the time to build an interactive ride. The set design was top notch. When I walked in I was blown away by how I immediately felt like I was on a space ship. This had a great blend of tech and mechanical tasks. I haven’t yet experienced an escape room quite like this and we loved it. GO DO IT NOW. I do wish it had some cute little Easter eggs like maybe an homage to Star Wars or Alien but the room is already perfect.
