Really fun some rooms weren’t available at the time would avoid going on a Friday night as rooms took longer to enter & there was a lot of people. The food is very good & had a nice atmosphere

Not an escape room, more of a real life video game. There are similar type activities in the RI and MA area. Though Level 99 is the only one where the activities extend beyond the individual rooms to scavenger hunts and other art based puzzles all over the place. Everything allows you to earn stars and those will stick with you through multiple visitis. The food is over priced and not worth it, especially with a decent food court on the same floor (and nice restaurants outside the mall). Your time starts as soon as you pay (they give you a couple extra minutes to start) not when you all tap in for the first time, so don't pay early while waiting for your friends to finish setting up their accounts (the computers are very slow and it takes longer than you might thing your first time). The layout is rather confusing, and you will waste time looking for the next open room, with doors squeezed in to random places and easy to miss. You can customize your icons and name on touch screens but only while under paid time, and not in a room (often done while waiting for the next room, though you cant check in early or set up a proper line due to space and the system not being able to handle tracking multiple groups waiting). Expect multiple rooms to be closed (our group went shortly after opening, and even before you could pre-pay online) and several rooms which were open the day before were closed (likely due to damage or computer malfunction). There is a lot of automation and not a lot of people maintaining it so it isn't surprising, you can also expect things to not work perfectly and perhaps fail you on a room to a calibration issue. Over all it is a fun, exhausting, hectic, expensive, and frustrating experience. You will find yourself rushing from one room to the next, while then waiting for extended periods for it to be available. Some rooms take longer to complete than others, and some can't be failed accidentally leading to longer wait times. There are a good mix of physical and mental challenges, though many are not ADA compatible (one had a large step up we wasted most of our time getting one of our team members just into the room, a small step shouldn't have been a problem, especially since the room itself wasn't that physical). Some competitors start your time when the door closes, this starts are soon as the door opens so be sure to get your entire group into the room quickly.

So much to do here! Such a unique experience, but leave the kids home. For a mature crowd that won’t just be running around.
