I really enjoyed this room. I would recommend reading the description, immersing yourself in that world and enjoying the dialogue because once I was in that room it helped to think that way. While everyone else was more about like oh itβs just clue after clue I was more like what secrets does this room hold? I would say this room does really well for having to use every inch of it that once we got stuck it would help to just regroup and focus on a part of the room we may have missed.

This room is a great example of a Gen 1 room but the amount of locks and keys was not overbearing. The set design was simple. Not immersive like a lot of the newer rooms coming out these days. Thereβs a lot of elements that will be familiar to enthusiasts. Not having much context with some of the clues made it a bit tricky but not impossible. Beware of the red herrings! I definitely caught a little brain burn from those! The size of the room is alright but four would be the best. Our group had fun but we all agreed that the pricing is a bit steep for this type of room. If it was a Gen 3 room and more immersive then the pricing would be reasonable.

Located in the beautiful Uptown Whittier with plenty of food/drink options nearby. Outpost is a hybrid/nonlinear gen 2 room set in a nuclear fallout bunker. Very fun for beginners and enthusiasts alike!

This is the owners first go at an escape room and he has done a great job!! Great room, the puzzles were really challenging for two of us. Would recommend 3 or 4.
