Loot Wars: The X-Traction

Even though it was one room, there was plenty to do and very cleverly put together! We did it with two and everything was easily manageable. I don’t know how a group bigger than 3 or 4 would fit without being on top of each other. Super friendly customer service and GM too! I’m excited to try their second room in the series.

LOVE the passion in the design here! Some unique, custom professional tech that I haven’t quite seen before. Just goes to show that small room escapes can be just as fun as the big ones if done right, and they nailed it here. So there’s games like 40 thieves at Mindtrap that are clear overwhelmingly positive games but I would rate this in the same ballpark in a different way. This place is kind of a hidden gem right now honestly. Don’t overthink the experience and be a weird critic analyzing everything lol, go have fun and you’ll see their efforts and love this clever experience! Also shoutout to Mark (owner) and Mire the GM - just the best to talk to honestly we chatted with them for a while and it was just awesome.

The room was an interesting one. I was shocked how much they packed in such a tiny room. The room gives you one hour to finish but there were other time limits that were included to make the player want to may a perfect game. Puzzles were hard, fun and interesting. it was hard with two players but doable if experienced. 4 players with average experience would be better. Only negative is the size of the room. The game master was nice and reallyhelped with the story progression. I hope to try their future rooms. Both rooms there are amazing.

This is a one room game that is pretty small (as others have mentioned), but the start and the way the time was laid out sucked us in. There are a lot of puzzles to do which we like. Some were new to us. The ending had to be explained in the end, so the storyline is a bit convoluted. But overall, we really liked this game. It’s perfect for 2-3 people.

We had 3 people for our game. It was a lot of fun. The puzzles were great and we had one person it was his first time. He had a very good time. Really enjoyed it. Great escape room
