Room for beginners. Super, super easy. Like I was surprised by how much time we had left because we weren’t running through it. Fun design, would be great for kids. Great start for anyone getting into escape rooms.

Beautifully atmospheric space. Really cool tech. The puzzles weren’t necessarily difficult but there were a couple of puzzles that were frustrating just by their nature. Some of the puzzles were very cool. The tech used in the room was great. GM was super nice and helpful. Pretty standard escape room with lots of high tech. My only negative things I’d say were it was really quiet, which made things feel strange. No music and there was only sounds towards the end. Also, if you have a big group some of you won’t be doing anything. This is a very linear space, one puzzle at a time. Lastly, one of the later puzzles we were told that they are retooling. Apparently, the majority of people have been tripping up on it and they are fixing. Very fun though. Should check out for the space!

Not my favorite out of the rooms I’ve done here. The gimmick is the truck and once you get over that the puzzles are sort of meh. It’s fine, but for the sticker price I’d recommend doing a different room

It felt like this room just kept going and going. We couldn’t believe some of the decor was beautifully executed, puzzles were interesting, it’s big enough to go with a group to do different puzzles. The GM (owner) is incredibly nice and very proud of their work. And they should be!

Our group left impressed by the money spent on the design of the room and the wild story line. Which, I see many people on here didn’t care for, but I really enjoyed. Regardless, if you want to be impressed by tech, this room is impressive. It’s a very cool space. Designed beautifully. With surprise twists throughout it that left us saying “what the hell”. However, I didn’t feel accomplished after I left. We literally walked through this room and had 33 minutes remaining. We were not trying at all. So, it’s incredibly easy. The puzzles are cool because they are tech but not because they are smart puzzles. Just depends on what you are looking for in a room. There felt like there were too many of us with 4 people. We could have done this no problem with 2.

We had a lot of fun in this room. The design is great specially the beginning felt unique. We did this room years ago, so I don’t remember the puzzles very much but I do remember them not being very difficult. Mostly it was a cool space.

Not intuitive at all. It’s difficult to know what’s next or what you need to answer the question. You can choose your difficulty, we chose the medium level, and was told everything you’ll need would be in yellow. We got to the end and had everything we needed to get out without opening 3 boxes that were yellow. The puzzles were not fun and it was honestly a challenge staying motivated to continue. I’ll give them their set because I felt like I was transported back to a middle school class room. Also, the staff there was really nice. A friend has done the garage and said he really enjoyed it so we might come back and do another one. But do not recommend this one at all.

Truly a loss to the escape room community. These rooms were fun, creative, a great challenge and the story was excellent. We did the leave this room and immediately go into Chapter 2. What an incredible transition. Wish I could do this room again.
Convergence Station [Immersive Art]
Meow Wolf

If you enjoy the weird, the abnormal, the experimental, Meow Wolf is going to be your favorite experience. First- it is NOT an escape room at all. But, please, do not let that deter you. It’s an artist instillation with a beautiful story about being connected if you work a bit for it. That’s where some puzzling comes in. If you purchase the $3 Qpass - there are areas throughout the experience you can tap to receive ‘MEMS’ or memories (the currency of the convergence). The more you gather, the more you unlock what’s really happening in this world. You’ll be sent on ‘missions’ -so to speak- to go find other videos or solve some riddles. There are additional puzzles you can solve to reveal more about this world. These games are not to win anything except to have a more enriched experience. It’s not a place to be competitive (this coming from someone who is massively competitive). Throughout the Convergence Station there are Citizens of this world. INTERACT WITH THEM!! These actors are so much fun to interact with. They all have weird, unique characters that are a blast talking to. If you are nice to them and show interest, they will let you in on small secrets! We were taken on several tours by a one Scam Likely (if you see him say ‘Hello!’ He’s a decent chap). He showed us pieces of the world we would have never seen without him. Also, remember, this world’s commerce are memories- if you share something they might share something back with you! Convergence is MASSIVE. We spent our time making sure we got all the memory videos we could, saw everything, took a break had some lunch( they have a cafe), went back to it. We were in there for 7 hours. I’m not exaggerating, 7 hours. And there was still more to read, experience, etc. What an incredible place to exist. Having experimental artists gather together to tell a strange story about human (and not human) experiences. Give the weird a chance!

Haunt
Haunted house
Fun haunted house that supports industry people effected by the strike. Very fun and some really cool effects inside (and out if you’re in line long enough no spoilers though). We got the VIP ticket and waited for an hour to get in. The GA line was much shorter. There’s no specific timed entry so you might be waiting a while regardless of which ticket you purchase.
