The room itself has a lot of potential and I like the heroes theme in particular. With that said, this room could be a lot better. I am not an escape room tech crazy but I do expect the props to work as intended. Unfortunately, I found that few of them were either outdated or broken. It heavily impacted the immersion. The story is alright. The puzzles were not too diffuclt but as mentioned the poor quality of the tech heavily impacted our game play. I dont know if I can recommend this place sadly.

The main story puzzles were relatively straight forward. The hints and the investigation report were pretty helpful. However, the altar puzzle with the colored buttons were rather tricky for no reasons. Unfortunately, I would have to agree with the other reviews here. In order to solve all of the optional puzzles, you will need all investigators. Some of them were impossible to complete without the corresponding character. The last room was pretty easy but the screen was so sensitive that made it really difficult to complete the task. Also, one of the room is so dark where it was hard to read the note on the wall. Despite all of this, I would still recommend the room. The tech was amazing. For someone who had played the Mansions of Madness, I truly appreciated the effort to incorporate many aspects and concepts of the board game. This is our first room in the Escape Games Canada. We defintely will be back for more!!
