Gameplay was really smooth and pretty linear! We took our niece for her first escape room, so we let her do the puzzles and she seemed to catch on pretty quick!

The set of the room was beautiful and the objects were well kept up with.

The customer service here was absolutely wonderful. They were super kind and very accommodating. We worked mostly with Brian and Victor was our game guide!
