The Candy Shoppe

Wow. When I say I have never in my life had that good of an experience that I had at puzzleconnect. I would come back for our GM Christina alone even if I didn’t love the room but we ADORED the room. The theming was adorable, everything had a purpose, the props and vibe were to die for. After we finished the room Christina showed us some behind the scenes of the way the room works and it was amazing. If you’re considering it- come to puzzleconnect! As seasoned escape room players we had an absolute blast.

This was another fun room by PuzzleConnect. The design and props are really playful. The gameplay flows well and the puzzles are all on brand. It’s a little bit on the easier so a great intro for people that are newer to escape rooms, but a really delightful room for more experienced people as well. Definitely recommend. Plus, our GM, Frank, and Christina are incredibly pleasant hosts.

This room was an absolute blast! The design was fantastic, and the puzzles were very well thought out. My group had a wide range of experience levels, and the challenges were engaging and fun for everyone. There were some awesome surprise elements throughout the room, and I really loved that the puzzles went beyond the typical lock-and-key format and incorporated a variety of creative mechanics. The overall gameplay flowed extremely well and kept us fully engaged the entire time. We didn’t need many clues, but our game master, Julie, was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful hints at just the right moments. The room and facility were spotless, all the puzzles worked perfectly, and everything felt well maintained. The owners, Frank and Christina, were incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about providing an excellent experience. I can’t wait to come back and try their other rooms!

We had such a fun time. Very well thought out and great game flow.

My favorite of the rooms here. Everything was on theme and I liked the puzzles. It was pretty clear what went with what and I loved the creativity of some of the later puzzles in the room. When we finished they also gave me a card that they had drawn since it was my birthday and we did all the rooms there. I had a blast.

Super original theme, very whimsical and lots of bright colors. You can tell a lot of love went into the design of the room! The puzzles felt very unique and satisfying to solve.

Happy Birthday to me! So, we came here specifically for my brithday and my wife and I took on the Candy Shop. Let me tell you, this game is in mu top 5 rooms of all time. The puzzles are really solid and well executed. They also flow with utter perfection. This room will be fun for experienced players and delightful fot newer players. If this is your first game, you are in for a treat. Personal Note: If you like escaperooms and want to talk to someone about them, Frank is the man. I'd have stayed all night to get suggestions! His partber Christina is also the sweetest person ever and equally as knowledgable. They are the best owners I've met on New Jersey! Play all tbis games two or three tomes each! #Respect!

Loved this! Really cute theme, both story and decorations. The decor was amazing, very clean, thoughtful, and fun. The puzzles were pretty straightforward so it was a perfect one to let kids lead. We brought 9-12 year olds and barely participated, just watched and enjoyed the atmosphere!
