Fairly straightforward puzzles that came together nicely - fun for a two player team. A good combination of technology and more traditional puzzles. We had a great time and I would recommend this to new players and families.
Santa’s WorkshopAbandoned Acres Escape Adventures Escape roomIRLFun, family-friendly room. It was bigger than we expected and just kept going! A few puzzles had us asking - why? - but there were many others that we really loved. Nice bright lighting and a cozy, holiday vibe. We'll be back to play more!

Blackthorns BetrayalLocked-inEscape roomIRLThis room was really creative and used a certain element in bold, interactive ways we hadn’t seen before. Be aware that the game starts with all players handcuffed and blindfolded, but it’s done safely and doesn’t last long. Very fun and we’re still thinking and talking about it.
The Final MasterpieceThe Colby Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThe ambiance of this whole location is top notch. Our team loved the setting and customer service and thought the puzzles were fun.
Mountain Top MurdersThe Great Escape Room - Grand RapidsEscape roomIRLWe were in the mood for something fun and not too difficult and this room really fit the bill! It had a nice variety of puzzles and prop interactions, and everything seemed very solvable and fair. Some fun spookiness and jumps, but nothing over the top scary.
Trapped Mineshaft EscapeAbandoned Acres Escape Adventures Escape roomIRLWe played this room with our 7 year old and it was a lot of fun! Great effects, helpful and enthusiastic staff, and adventurous experience. The puzzles were more physical than puzzle-y, and quite a few required teamwork which was fun. We appreciated the unlimited clues since we were playing just for fun with a kiddo and wanted to keep things low pressure and moving along. We were glad we had our phones along to use as flashlights because the room was very dark and the provided lanterns, while cool, were pretty dim. Definitely looking forward to their other rooms and the new ones opening soon! Great experience :)
Shipwreck IslandEscape Room BrightonEscape roomIRLWe loved it! All fun, no frustrating! We loved the physicality of the puzzles and the tech all worked great. A perfect puzzle to play with kids, but honestly I think anyone would enjoy it.
Art AttackBond's Escape Room - ArlingtonEscape roomIRLThis was fun, though definitely lighter on the story and puzzling and heavier on the art experience. We knew this coming in and it was just what we were looking for for a fun vacation activity with our 7 year old.
