Mr Pepper’s Toy ShopThe Cipher Room St PetersEscape roomIRLI'm a bit surprised by all of the hype tbh. The room was definitely very good, but perhaps I'm a bit spoilt being from Canberra where it feels like all of the rooms are a very high standard. The finale was a standout, and some of the puzzles were quite clever, but overall it didn't blow my mind.
Manor of Escape [VR]Metaphysica - TuggeraningEscape roomIRLIt was pretty fun but more challenging than expected. We needed quite a few hints.
Dragon Tower [VR]Metaphysica - TuggeraningEscape roomIRLNovel and fun concept. The first section was my favourite. I do think this room was slightly more active than advertised, in the finals section. But maybe that's just because we weren't very competent 😅
Cold CaseMissing Klues Escape Rooms [prev. Revelation Puzzle Rooms]Escape roomIRLI didn't enjoy this game as much as their others, unfortunately. It was still a good escape room, there's just a lot of great rooms around!
The InheritanceNarrow Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLAndre was a fantastic gamemaster! The puzzles were really intuitive and the storyline was fun and novel
CurioEscape Rooms CanberraEscape roomIRLProbably the most incredible room I've ever done. Mind blowing design.
Time Travel Paradox [VR]Metaphysica - TuggeraningEscape roomIRLDefinitely fun. Had some sort of issue with the dinosaur part, not sure whether user error or a bug in the game. Otherwise it was very ingenious and novel.
Pirates - CLOSEDKingpin Canberra Cryptology Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLOverall it wasn't great. The puzzles were fun and the design was cute but was really poorly maintained, lots of things falling apart, bad lighting and disinterested staff.
Shirley's Diner [prev. Overdose] - CLOSEDMissing Klues Escape Rooms [prev. Revelation Puzzle Rooms]Escape roomIRLJust fantastic! So creative, the theme was delightful and the puzzles were so unique. The owner is moving on, but I'll always remember his brilliant game designs.
The HideawayRiddle Room CanberraEscape roomIRLI really liked the concept, and especially the set design in the first part, but gosh it was a hard room!
DoomsdayMissing Klues Escape Rooms [prev. Revelation Puzzle Rooms]Escape roomIRLCool way to use one room for two concepts. Really fun puzzles, great team, smooth flow.
The House On The HillEscape Rooms CanberraEscape roomIRLHighly recommend. Very fun and keeps you on your toes. A bit scary!
The Chronosphere [VR]Metaphysica - TuggeraningEscape roomIRLIncredibly creative, immersive and fun. So impressive that it's made by the team right here in Canberra.
The VaultEscape Rooms CanberraEscape roomIRLThese guys never miss. Every single room is really clever and creative. So immersive and well designed.
The DungeonRiddle Room CanberraEscape roomIRLIt was a fun room, and the puzzles were enjoyable. My only criticisms are that I struggled a little with the darkness, and didn't find the theme exceptionally thrilling. But, as always, RRC rooms are some of the absolute best in the game!
The NightmareRiddle Room CanberraEscape roomIRLI didn't find this one quite as amazing as their other games. The tale and set didn't grab me. Still, an 'okay' game at RRC is miles above many others!
The HotelRiddle Room CanberraEscape roomIRLIncredible. Really clever ways of getting the team to work together. Great atmosphere and story.
ToxicMissing Klues Escape Rooms [prev. Revelation Puzzle Rooms]Escape roomIRLA sort of simplistic vibe, but very satisfying
Monkey Run!Puzzled Room EscapeEscape roomIRLThis was so much fun. A really unique style of room, a really entertaining theme, and creative puzzles. The game master was so engaging too.
