Down The Rabbit HoleEscape Hunt - AdelaideEscape roomIRLThis game was a typical Alice in Wonderland room, with solid theming and puzzles. There were a few tricky hunt and seek puzzles which we struggled on, due to our lack of attention to detail.
Aladdin & The Magic VaultEscape Hunt - AdelaideEscape roomIRLThis was a unique Aladdin themed game with a large amount of diverse and challenging puzzles. The game begins with two teams split up, doing separate puzzles, before eventually coming back together. This mostly tech room had better theming compared to other escape hunt rooms, as well as better visual effects. Overall, this was a good room, with a plethora of different puzzles. P.S. we broke the record!
The Collector's CurseEscape Hunt - AdelaideEscape roomIRLThis was quite a difficult room, with a high amount of tough puzzles. I can understand why people may dislike this room, as getting stuck is quite frustrating. Nonetheless, we still beat this in 35 minutes and found the experience challenging and refreshing. P.S. we broke the monthly record!
The Deadly DiscoveryEscape Hunt - AdelaideEscape roomIRLThis was a solid room with decent theming and atmosphere. The puzzles weren’t particularly difficult and were straightforward. P.S. we broke the record with 36 mins to spare!
Zombie LabFox In A Box AdelaideEscape roomIRLThis was a solid room with clean and polished props. The puzzles were slightly confusing, as there was no clear indication on what to do next. We were stuck on the first two puzzles for 10 minutes… but after that, we smashed through the rest of the room with 24 minutes left to spare, breaking their monthly record. One thing that I don’t like about the Fox in A Box system is the long waiting times before a room. Because all of their booking are on at the same time, it was quite some time before we got into our room.
Great White KillerEscape Hunt - AdelaideEscape roomIRLDespite the lower reviews, this room certainly exceeded my expectations. Perhaps this is due to our experience flowing extremely well, with minimal frustrations on any puzzles. Our GM said that some people may be stuck in the first room for around 30 minutes, which is understandable why their experience was far worse. The theming and atmosphere were solid, and the Adelaide story gives this room a unique touch. P.S. We broke their previous record by 15 minutes, with an unbelievable time of 19:21!
The SpeakeasyAdventure Rooms Adelaide - Escape Rooms and BarEscape roomIRLA solid game with polished theming and puzzles which fit the theme. We broke the record - according to gm.

Mystery Manor [prev. Gypsy Manor]Mindshift Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLRoom 200! This room had much better theming and atmosphere compared to the rest of mindshift’s rooms, with solid puzzles. Some spaces could be utilised better, and there was one part which was too dark for my eyes, and thus, made us lose the record by 1 second😭😭😭😭😭😭.
Bermuda EscapeMindshift Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis room had solid theming and atmosphere, but the puzzles were slightly confusing. Some parts could be tweaked to make the gameplay flow smoother.
Knight in the MuseumMindshift Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis was a solid room, but some props were a bit dated, and the atmosphere did not exactly match that of a museum. The puzzles were good, but there was one mishap in the resetting which made a puzzle difficult to do. Nonetheless, we still broke the record!
Heart Of The MountainUltimate RealitiesEscape roomIRLThis was an absolutely amazing room with immersive props, atmosphere and puzzles. Before you even step into the game, you are completely immersed into the set. The theming and props are high quality, and truly feels like you’ve stepped into a theme park ride. The sound effects, lighting and smoke all contribute to the atmosphere, truly immersing the player in the experience. The puzzles are all diegetic and make sense, and genuinely feels as though you were in a real life video game.

Opus MemoriEzkapazEscape roomIRLAn amazing light horror room with great theming and atmosphere. The puzzles were diegetic, and helped progress the story. An enigmatic game master who was in character the entire time ensured that immersion wasn’t broken and the experience was satisfying.
The Sorcerer's SecretCrypto Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThe Sorcerers Secret was an absolutely mind blowing room with insane tech and amazing animatronics. The puzzles were solid, and fit the theme, but the physical parts felt a bit repetitive towards the end. The finale was crazy, and makes this a must visit in Toronto.
