THAT's the solution?" I think there were only 1 puzzle that felt very satisfying, but the set design was truly immersive.

Kapow KomicsCloud EscapeEscape roomIRLI really love the theme and the decor, but some of the flimsy mechanical issues did soil the experience a little, especially for a room that was opened recently. The side quest at the end was a ton of fun though and a really nice surprise! I could also tell the staff are trying their best to give us the best experience possible. I was a little annoyed with the mundane explanations in the beginning, but after seeing other reviews here, I now completely understand why they are doing that. It's nice to see a business reacting so quickly to feedbacks!
Borderlands Tannis’s LabRed Door Escape Room - San DiegoEscape roomIRLIt was an ok room. Didn't play the game, but the robot was cool. It's really hard to listen to the robot while the game is going on though. Puzzles were generally easy, but fairly confusing. Sometimes you might accidentally solve something and have no idea why. The puzzles are fairly parallel though. The staff was friendly, but feel like it's their first time running an escape room. They didn't offer to take pictures, and left us waiting in the lobby well past our scheduled start time.
