School of Magic
Game Over Escape Rooms - Atlanta
Escape room
IRL
So these game over rooms are extremely linear. to the point where having a large group of people is honestly a hindrance. as there is usually only one puzzle you can solve at a time. The hint system for these games is weird. where it is automated clues based upon puzzles If you happen to skip puzzles on an accident the hint system. game does not know. School of magic in particular. in terms of puzzle design none of them felt like an extremely fun time in the room. After going through the whole game, I commend the experience. where in the fact that each of the puzzles correlate to some of the puzzles actually found in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Some of these puzzles also have some weird logic leaps. So really pay attention to the room surroundings. If you want to attempt to escape. All in all, this was a very average experience. and with the prices of their main games. being about $45 per person I would recommend finding another place in Atlanta to play games at.
