Overall, we felt the puzzles were not logical, and many times we had to make leaps. The hint system is also ineffective - we asked for medium-level hints, but it took ~3-4 mins for the staff to reply to our request and sometime ignore us (as if no one is watching actively). We definitely didn't go beyond the limit of hints for medium level. The room felt like it's just for the hype of the spooky theme (no actors and just decoration that most of them you can't interact with), not recommended for puzzle lovers.
