Project Minotaur - CLOSEDQuest Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLThis is an escape room experience that is not to be missed! The room mechanics, flow, puzzles, and live actors were all so well done and kept us all on our toes and SUPER IMMERSED! Chris and Matt were out game makers and they were incredible! Highly recommended game for 4 people. I think with more than 4 it would be a bit of a “too many cooks” situation!
Cyber Punk’dColonial Escape RoomEscape roomIRLGood use of a small space and some interesting puzzles. One of the puzzles was broken in our game (the fridge I think?) but it was still an overall good experience. This was my parents first escape room and they enjoyed themselves!!
Stash HouseStash HouseEscape roomIRLLOVED this room! From the very start of getting into the building things are super immersive and exciting. This is a huge space and a game unlike any I had done before. Absolutely worth the time and money for the experience!!
Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLMy FAVORITE game! Totally unique in the field and in a massive space that is utilized in really unique ways. I would do this room all over again just to experience some of the really cool elements again! We can wait for the ladder to open!!!
The Curse Of The Black KnightEscapeX Rooms - IrvineEscape roomIRLLoved this game! Super creative use of a small space and a fun game with logical and unique puzzles. We asked a local what their favorite OC room was and they told us this one! We had done the attic at this location before and enjoyed it a lot! This room was even better!
Polly's Problematic PredicamentNexus Escape RoomEscape roomIRLSuch a fun room! Nexus never disappoints. Generally one room rooms are not our favorites but we have done all of theirs and they are consistently great - including this one. Not for the faint of heart or the conservatively minded. Be prepared for lots of exciting toys to play with and use to solve puzzles and a really big surprise at the end!!
Zoe - CLOSEDEscapade GamesEscape roomIRLWe LOVED Zoe! A unique thrill experience that isn’t to be missed. Super immersive and scary, Zoe will push your limit, make you ask yourself “why did I sign up for this”, and then leave you feeling heightened, accomplished, and ready for more escape rooms with live actors! Puzzles aren’t hard, but the atmosphere is so spooky that it’s easy to miss things and get distracted! Whatever you do - don’t let Uncle Robert get you!!!
Urban Legend “Bloody Mary”Room RaidersEscape roomIRLOne of my teams first records. We love room raiders and all of their rooms. This one was just scary enough to keep us on our toes but not overly so. They told us they didn’t send in the live actor because they didn’t want to ruin our top time! But they got us in a later room. One of our favorite nights!
Escape Your NightmaresNexus Escape RoomEscape roomIRLFun game with a great storyline. My group was one of the first to do the room when it opened and it was at a time that we were gaming ALL THE TIME. That day in particular we were super in the zone and finished the room in like 22 min. The owners were almost apologetic, which was TOTALLY unnecessary because it’s an awesome room with really unique tech and surprise elements!
Red Giant - CLOSEDQuest Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLOne of the best games we’ve played! The rooms had some really cool and immersive tech/elements and a great surprise at the end that is both unique and fun!
Sara's Got a Secret - CLOSEDTry-N-EscapeEscape roomIRLYes yes yes! This was such an incredible experience. One of my favorite rooms to date. The owner is so creative and a super nice guy who puts in so much effort to make his rooms unique. So sad this business closed - we loved all of their rooms!!
Cryptic CayNexus Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis is the first game that we played that was really immersed us in the experience without it being scary. The room is totally unique in its gameplay and has some really interesting props, puzzles and surprises. The owners are totally awesome and make/design everything themselves which just makes me love the room even more! A fun and exciting room with lots to see and do!
The Shady Tavern - CLOSEDThink Escape Games - Fort LauderdaleEscape roomIRLCool room with some really unique puzzles. I really enjoyed some of the more classic arcade type games that were included as part of game play. The ceiling puzzle in our room was broken (one of the tethers was stuck up top) and the host was not paying attention, leaving us to struggle to solve a broken puzzle. That wasted a lot of our time.

The Terminal Escape - CLOSEDWill To Escape - JupiterEscape roomIRLSad this place closed - we did all but one of their rooms and they were generally well designed and fun! Game masters were always very attentive and reservations were easy to make!
Mission: Mars - CLOSEDThe Escape Game - OrlandoEscape roomIRLOne of only 2 rooms that we didn’t escape. Too many scavenger hunt elements - there was one hidden piece that we struggled to find even after they sent us a picture of the location of the item. Dark spaces do not make for good places to hide a ton of stuff. There were a few interesting puzzles that kept the room moving, but we found it overall to be pretty disconnected from the story being told and generally frustrating.
Monica's Apartment - CLOSEDLegends of XscapeEscape roomIRLMy husband and I did this room in silence, which was a fun element that lead to an awesome discount on our next room. Fun, pretty authentic room. I also liked that they give you the option to get a special prize in the game!! We got a little rubix cube and some smarties!
Miami Nightmare - CLOSEDEscape Hunt - MiamiEscape roomIRLSmall space but a well put together room with spooky elements. Not scary - maybe one or two small jump scares, but mostly just atmospheric spookiness. Fun Miami themed room.
SubmergedHint Hunter Puzzle RoomsEscape roomIRLThis one wasn’t great for us. One room rooms are always a hard sell and really need to have some kind of magic in them to help push past the lack of secret doors or extra puzzles. It felt much more scavenger hunt than escape room.
Professor Moriarty's GameroomThe Great Escape Room - MiamiEscape roomIRLThis isn’t really an escape room but more like a room full of unconnected puzzles leading to a rather obscure and unexplained ending. When we went the employees were almost exclusively young college students which isn’t super unusual but is always a little annoying when it happens. The game master was in the room with us and basically sat on her phone the whole time only surfacing to take clues away from us once we solved puzzles, rather than trusting us to recognize clues and put them in a safe location. It was a weird experience and we felt pretty unfulfilled afterward. We never went back to do any of the other rooms after this experience.
