This was the worst escape room experience I’ve had in over 60 escape rooms. When we walked in the room for the first time, the employee told us of the multiple things that were broken in the room and to just ignore them. Would not have booked the room if we knew there were going to be so many things not working. We continued to go through the room, but with ten minutes to go, the room shut off. The power was on but all the tech in the room and the sound stopped working. Freaked us out. We had to try to contact the game master multiple times, who told us nothing until the room started up again two minutes later, at which point the GM told us “no worries, just a glitch”. We were on the very last puzzle, a couple seconds away from unlocking the last thing, when the time expired and the whole room turned off. Most places when this happens will let you finish, but not this place. Then the GM came in the room and explained the last puzzle, oblivious that we already solved it and were ready to unlock it. We tried to talk to them about the issues we experienced, but they did not really care. Bad experience, bad management. Don’t go here for this or any escape room.
