I cannot say enough good things about this room and about Doldrick’s … I might be a bit biased, since this is where my fiancé proposed! The game was really fun and immersive, and I loved all of the nods to pop culture throughout. The team at Doldrick’s went above and beyond, creating an in-story prop to help my fiancé propose at the end of the game. Incredible experience all around, and I’m so grateful for everything they did for us!

I will caveat my review with this: The location is still new, and they’re clearly still working out some kinks. We were super disappointed that several effects/puzzles in the room were broken. There were also puzzles that we never got to use. We were told this was because there is a hard version and an easy version, though we were never asked which version we wanted to play. We were automatically given the easy version because the location is still so new that they aren’t offering the hard version, but they left all of the hard puzzles in the room, leading to dead ends/puzzles without solutions. Additionally, instead of offering us clues or hints, the game master just gave us the solve for each puzzle … it’s not as fun when you don’t get to solve it yourself!
