    The room was fun and cute overall, but pretty easy aside from one or two clues that were randomly difficult. Our play through also suffered a bit since it wasn’t reset properly, but overall still had a good time. We finished pretty quickly with only two people.

    Really fun room! Very family friendly! Puzzles were satisfying but not too tough! Dani was a wonderful game master with a great “wizard” accent! Can’t wait to go back to do the rest of their rooms!

    I’ll admit front that I personally don’t enjoy horror themes much, but I will say that this room does pull off its atmosphere particularly well. Our whole group ranged from spooked to freaked the entire time, even without live actors. The rest of the room, I wasn’t too impressed with. As much as I usually enjoy Bureau’s stuff, this one just didn’t do it for me. I think the room leans too heavily on atmosphere, whereas the puzzles are all pretty simple and easy. The room was very short; we would’ve finished in ten minutes if we weren’t moving slowly to avoid jump scares. The room also falls into a category that I don’t enjoy: most of the challenge came from the room being underlit. The whole room was very dark, and we were only given two flashlights for four people. For a room like Outage, where the whole thing is supposed to be done blind, this isn’t a problem. But in a room where that’s not the case, getting a worse time just because we flat out couldn’t see what was in front of us felt cheap and unsatisfying. Overall the room isn’t a bad time, especially if you’re after a scare, but overall the room is easy and short, and leans too much on the vibe rather than the puzzles.

    Terrific concept, awful execution. Poorly laid out, zero clear direction, room is falling apart and cheaply made. Insists on doing things in a particular order, but had a ton of puzzles that could be solved early, leading you to a dead end until the game guide tells you you skipped something.
