    We interacted with one staff member! He was so kind and really had a passion for escape rooms. Excellent staff!! The room was great we got into the last room in 20 minutes but we’re stumped for a while due to a technical error. That was frustrating but besides that the room had a great atmosphere and fun puzzles. No lock and key puzzles! Much better experience then we had at the Markham location.

    This was literally amazing. I’ve never been to something so well crafted and scary. We all couldn’t believe how much fun and how long it was. It also plays on different types of fears and had so many surprises. Puts wonderland to shame lol

    This room is absolutely incredible and I loved it!!!!! I can’t get over how much fun I had doing this . If you go ask what night Daniel is working because he’s terrifying and so good at his job. 10000000% recommend . We did the hard version and it was fun and not too hard

    I hated this lol. Time traveling but really boring puzzles. Lots of memorizing and then going back and repeating puzzles… it’s just tedious I also have to say this trapped location specifically is my least favourite. They said to come play again for 50% off if I rate them 5 stars… that felt very disingenuous.

    This room just wasn’t anything special. It has a nice audio at the start and you feel excited to start the room but it’s all downhill from there. The puzzles are not linear and there are moments that are too ambiguous to make sense. It’s a lot of reading and some guess work and without the amazing addition of tech it is a very plain room. A total of two rooms which isn’t that great with lock boxes. The staff were kind and helpful.

    Very simple, expensive for a basic lockbox room with no super cool features. It also only has two rooms and the second room is nothing fancy. The best part of the room was the warden interaction. Nothing compared to omnescape quality but our group had a fun time!

    My favourite omnescape room by far!!! The set is just incredible honestly beautiful. We had 5 people and set a new escape record which added to the fun 😀 it was flawless when I found motel Betty to have some issues .
