The Extraction

Wow - what a spectacular game! From the story, to the sets, to the technology, and puzzles, The Extraction was a hit with my entire group! I will definitely be back to Crypto Escape Rooms to play more of their games. The staff was also lovely to chat with before, and after the game and geek out over the details in the room.

Thought it was gonna be a average escape room but it turned out to be very different, solid room definitely recommend doing it once

This room was a lot of fun. I expected just a simple elevator escape and to my suprise it was a lot more with a deep storyline. I’d lightly recommend to any player

Linear and I loved the theming

The rooms at Crypto seemed to be very formulated and similar, but this in no way diminishes the fun and enjoyment you get from these. Very logical and puzzle based, this room makes great use of tech and the elevator is often talked about to this day.

We just finished playing Below Zero, Kilgore Cabin, Extraction, and Shipwreck Cove, and I'm reviewing them together because my thoughts are similar on each. The set design is impressive. The rooms are beautiful and fun. These rooms are quite easy though, especially since there's a four person requirement. We played with fellow enthusiasts and escaped with about 20 minutes left. I think that each room really needs 2-4 more puzzles or increased difficulty level on some puzzles. I found the audio in this room excessive. I kind of wanted him to stop talking so I could play, but then the room would take even less time.

Crypto rooms are always incredibly immersive and tech heavy. The Extraction is no different. I really enjoyed the story and unique puzzles that this room offered!

The escape rooms at Crypto Escape are unmatched in terms of immersion. Their rooms feel as though you are really in the environment it is portraying. This room had a unique theme and presented some creative puzzles. I would definitely recommend this room!

The set is where this room truly shines! It was a cool space to be in. The puzzles weren’t always the most exciting things to solve, but they made sense and meshed with the storyline seamlessly.
