Very small room but loved the theming and puzzles. I'd honestly say this would be the perfect "First Time" Room for anyone who hasn't tried one. Or if you want to take a newbie to do their 1st one. Puzzles were great. Non linear room. Its a cute example of what an escape room is. Love it just for that. Wouldn't say make the trip if you're a seasoned veteran wanting to try something new however.

We tried the Dragon Challenge escape room, and had an amazing time! Nicely themed, very large room, variety of puzzles to complete, and fun storyline. Overall it was fun and had something for everyone while not being too difficult nor too easy. I’ll definitely be glad to try another room at Escape Ventures in the future!
There were a variety of things to do, something for everyone. The gameplay flowed well, and was intuitive. There was not a particular order to follow, as most puzzles could be completed at any point leading up to the final puzzle.
The room was nicely themed to Lord Montague's workshop. Every element was thoughtfully placed.
Our Game Host, Alice, was friendly, in character, and was there to gently help us along when she noticed us spending awhile (and getting slightly discouraged) with a certain puzzle, while not totally revealing the solution.

While the storyline was loose, it was well themed to the room.

This is a big room with several puzzles to solve, so while it was harder with two players, I would expect it to be easy with a large group.

Loved the storytelling and the vibes of this room! Definitely fun if you like dragon related things. Love the linear flow of the room

Overall this room was fun. Some novel puzzles. Because it was nonlinear and we are a group of five-We all separated and worked and solved different puzzles simultaneously. This was great but we missed out on the parts we weren’t working on. We definitely enjoyed the room but because we solved it so quickly we left wanting a little more. We thought maybe there would be one more room. Our GM Sarina was great!

Dragon Challenge is a greatly fun room with puzzles that’ll make any hero need to scratch their head! The room is not too focused on story for the most part, with the puzzles and focus being closer to a traditional escape room! At times you can feel the influence of the previous owners in the style of puzzle and challenge, but luckily the workers make an experience that The Escape Ventures is known to give! Would recommend for anybody who wants some fun puzzles in a medieval style story!
Very fun puzzles that were both challenging and fair! Definitely made me think, but it’s fun when you like thinking!
The pictures lowkey made it seem like it was going to be worse than it was! Definitely a great looking room with some fun themed props!
Shoutout to Sarina for a great welcoming experience and a very fun time! We ran through the room real well so we did not need much help, but she chimed in when it was needed! Farewell great Ophelia!!

97 escape rooms
We found this room to be the easiest of the three that we did at this location, despite it's rating. A warm and inviting room with lots of charming touches, each of which furthered the story more, or helped us solve a puzzle. It seems so easy to do a fantasy/dragon themed room and take it dark and moody, so this was a delightful change of trope.
It flows very smoothly and we were able to split up to do a few puzzles on our own but for the most part we were able to collaborate, which is my favorite way to play (I never want to miss a solve!)
As mentioned, it was light and cozy. The props had great hand feel.

Just a fantastic room. Very fun, engaging story, good puzzles (not too complicated but nothing simple). Some very original pieces. It was a nice change of pace to move though the room at a steady pace and not run into any piece that caused frustration. By no means a simple room but very very fun Non linear for pieces of the room, can easily accommodate 4 -5 adult sized humans GM for the run was stupendous (KJ II was outstanding) Cannot wait for the new game
