I had more fun in this than I excepted. It had some really fun puzzles and good challenges. The set design was pretty basic and the lack of ceiling on the experience meant there was not much immersion.
Gameplay
There was a lot to do, the third room really through me off, when I thought we were done. The puzzles were pretty decent too!

Not the most immersive experience. The room has no ceiling and the decor is sparse.

Room was fairly fun. Some of the in-game clues could be worded better (specifically talking about how the floor puzzle starts). The theme was good. Some of the props are just props with no puzzle or interesting game pieces that progress the game which was a shame.

4 of us did this room, but could not get through a particular puzzle. Not sure if it was a group issue or game design issue There was a technical issue with the room that made it harder for us to do this room.

This is the favorite room of the group I play with and I. It was an epic experience. We are all a bunch of sciency nerd types and this room just flowed. Challenging and fun puzzles, lots of participation from everyone. Great experience.

I love Confundrum and all of their other rooms are incredible! However, it felt as though Cypherspace was difficult just for the sake of being difficult. The puzzles werenβt βah-haβ moments but instead made us question how anyone would have figured it out. I think this room has potential and has possibly been adjusted since we played in 2021. It is worth a play if you purchase their package pass, but make sure you have an XL coffee beforehand!
