I did this room with my partner and were unsure of what to expect as there was not many reviews online. We had a briefing that was read on a clipboard and then told if you want the answers or a hint to just wave at the camera until someone engages you via the intercom. Before entering we were asked if we wanted a “hack” to solve one puzzle because it often breaks - we said no and thought it wouldn’t be an issue. We enter the room and immediately noticed that the themed brick wall was coming off in multiple areas, exposing nails and pins that once held it together. One puzzle was so simple, but very much broken (this is the puzzle the GM was talking about”. After 10 minutes the GM spoke over the intercom and told us just to pull open the maglock’d box that was meant to release when solved. During this parts of the box were falling off and the GM said don’t worry just pull it hard. After another 10 mins of giving the room a shot we got annoyed by the awful quality and upkeep so decided to leave without finishing the game. Staff were apologetic and appeared to be in agreeance with us regarding the room. It’s not the staffs fault and they were very kind. We were given a full refund and an hour worth of games which was a nice touch. Overall avoid this room unless you just want to add another room to your completed list…
Puzzles were broken and falling apart however if maintained appeared to have potential.
If there was a score lower than 0 out of 10 the atmosphere would be -100
Despite staff appearing not to care, we were treated well with a refund and credit for the games.

The staff was amazing and did her best to help our experience but the room was in quite a shoddy condition and the puzzles flimsy from overused , worth it if you had a group of 4 or more for the price.
