Very challenging room, that requires you to spilt up in groups in order to escape if you have more than 2 people. I have never spent so much time on one puzzle in an escape room. The puzzles are long and hard making the spilt of the team making you miss half of the room which I wasn’t a huge fan of. Atmosphere was cool and not a theme I have seen before. If you get cold easily dress warm even in the summer. This “side” of the room also used an AI but it was much more enjoyable than the other AI version.

This room is a scene snobs dream. So immersive and detailed. Everything is thought of down to the last detail. This is a very tech heavy room and the puzzles are unique and thought provoking. You don't get your run of the mill puzzles here and that really stumped us for a while. Big fan. It's a tighter room and we were struggling with 4 people, but it really felt like you were in Japan.
Fantastic. Beautifully done. Many of the pieces are custom made.

Story continued seamlessly from our 117 experience. The thought and care that went into the design was truly what you’d hope for as an enthusiast. Puzzles adeptly straddled the line of difficult and fun. We did the duos experience and were cackling at the humor and ingenuity on display. This is a MUST visit

A fascinating idea, but the execution is underwhelming. Only the “Resistance” storyline was available for play, and it does still seem to be in Beta at this stage. No announced date for the room’s opposing narrative to debut. Perhaps in its final form, with everything operational, it will stick the landing. As is, it’s a cool room at first sight, but has some tedious gameplay. It has such potential!
Too much Video Game in this Escape Room.
This definitely evoked being in a tiny Tokyo apartment. We followed the “Resistance” story; the room provides a choice between 2 narratives.
The GM was too hands-on. We asked for hints twice. We got about 25, in an effort to move us along. A nice touch: we were given water bottles at the end of the game.

The promise of the “Neon Tokyo” promo art goes largely unfulfilled.
Perhaps the gimmick of having 2 opposing storylines has diluted what would otherwise be 1 strong presentation?
