The Crypt

This is one of the harder games at this location that we played. Definitely a lot of crawling and climbing.

probably the best room i have ever been to. there are tons of hidden rooms and the puzzle was interesting and fast paced. there are a bunch of puzzle though, so completing them in time is a workout itself!

This game was a lot of fun and our favorite for the day. There is a lot to do but it all makes sense and is intelligently done. There are some “Aha” moments that we had. It does get a little warm in there. Staff was great as usual.

Escape hour did it again. I love all their rooms and this one didn’t disappoint! Awesome scenery and fun puzzles.

This was a really great room! I’m glad we got to do this on our trip to Austin for escape rooms. (We were very sad that The Cabin wasn’t open on Tuesdays because we were most excited about doing that series.)

For this hour long experience, my hubby and I finished with 10 minutes over but I would still consider this a successful mission. This room was meant for a group of 4-5 to do. With two people, we had to work really fast and I’m so grateful that we had the time to see how the whole story plays out. The puzzles were enjoyable although the journal was not as helpful as we were lead to believe (so keep that in mind). The tech was pretty cool and allowed us to be fully immersed into the environment. Finally, as a pro tip, there will be a lot more crawling and moving back and forth than your usual escape room - so just assign someone in your group who does not mind small spaces and could physically do those things. Overall, a solid room! Thank you Kelsey and Paige for accommodating our time change since we were driving from Houston to Austin just to do this escape room. We would love to come back and do the other rooms (especially the Cabin series)!!!

Packed with surprises and fun!! Highly, highly recommend. Tantalizing puzzles, immersive ambience, many "wow" moments, and a very good game master. The puzzles are of excellent variety and challenging (in a good way that makes you go "aha!") requiring a mix of thinking. It was a 70-min room (like their other rooms) but doable in 60. The gameplay is spiced with aspects of non-linearity, design unpredictability, and a very attentive game master who watches, hears and follows your progress with helpful nudges. A solid team of 4 would be great, but also doable with 2 experienced and adept players.

Any room at escape hour will not disappoint. This room takes at least one person who is able to crawl and climb and doesn’t mind small spaces. You have to be quick on your feet and have a keen mind to complete within the timeframe.

One of the more immersive rooms we have done. Very tough with only two people, but we managed to squeak by with some helpful hints. Unique and fun hint delivery system. Overall a really great room.
