Since the passing of the legendary knight Melkor and disappearance of his sword, a great curse has fallen on the town. A thick fog lingers through the village β persisting far longer than normal. It has long been said that the only way to bring back balance to the land is to return to sword to its rightful home. Can you return the sword and lift the curse before time runs out?

Formidable challenges, dimly lit halls, and deadly weapons (that are actually real) culminate into a thrilling experience that takes you back to the medieval era. The inspiring use of space heightened the feel of adventure as we snaked our way up and down flights of stairs to traverse multiple rooms. Puzzles blended in well into the story and environment, keeping the immersion alive. Each one varied in difficulty, but all were solvable without too much trouble. Be warned that space is tight and requires a lot of movement, and the room is extremely linear, so this room is perfect for small groups. Those with limited mobility or those who have trouble navigating dark spaces may want to avoid this one. The room also has no hint system, so while the puzzles were logical and solvable, it might be best for newcomers to skip this and come back once they have more experience under their belts. Go forth, brave knights, and face the curse of the black knight head-on!

Totally dug this knight-themed escape room. Felt like we time-traveled to the Middle Ages. It's a linear room, so we could all really soak in the set and story. Puzzles weren't super hard, but super fun to solve. Heads up, you'll be crawling, ducking, and taking stairs, so communication is key. π‘οΈποΈ Bonus: the waiting area is a chill spot to chat with the GMs. And don't miss the spooky bathrooms! π»π½ Highly recommend. βοΈπ°

Done over 80 rooms and this room is still in the top 3. Few rooms have such immersive production. You are in a castle. Several sections, too! Itβs a fantastic introductory escape room and iβve done it at least 5 times while introducing friends to the world of escape games. Itβs linear with a smooth flow and lots of aha! Moments. Props to the creators. Love this room.

Great use of space! Great ambiance overall. For experienced players you definitely shouldnβt go over 3 or 4 people. Not many puzzles but for the space it felt just right. Wished we could use/were encouraged to use props for photo at the end (didnβt explicitly ask so you might be able to)

They made such good use of their space!! The way the room is setup is so cool, really felt like I was walking through a castle and the puzzles were fun to solve. I love a linear escape room and this is easily top 5 of my favorites so far.

Solid theming, props, and gameplay. Not too difficult, as experienced groups will chew through the layup puzzles rather fast. Expect to have a decent chunk of time remaining upon completion. The acting could definitely be improved. Space can get cramped with any more than 4 so I would not advise group sizes larger than that. Overall a unique, fun room 8.5/10.

The set design and use of space is amazing. That being said, I wouldnβt recommend playing it with more than 2 or 3 people. We did 6 and it was difficult maneuvering and only 1 person could work on a puzzle at a time. Still a really cool room!

We had such a great time with this room. Not knowing what to expect, it definitely was fun to go through it. A little tight in some spaces, but it kept us guessing what could be around the corner. The puzzles were creative, we needed a hint to figure one out. A great, fun experience for two people.

If you're looking for notable escape rooms, Curse of the Black Knight is one of the rarer and more unique experiences. The construction of the room is one of the most impressive I've seen, with nice little surprises that are good for both beginners and experienced enthusiasts. Overall, it was just a really fun time; it's linear, but there's a lot of co-op activities throughout so everyone can get involved. Although we beat it fairly quickly going just over 30 minutes, it didn't -feel- short, and it was definitely worth the visit. The only thing is it's a pretty tight space that fits 2-3 comfortably, but I would definitely not do more than 4 people.

The room seemed great! And definitely take my review w a grain of salt since i was LATE and FAILED so its on me but it really felt like my gamemaster didnt really care about my groups experience and it undermined the experience a lot and i feel like it couldβve been better
