The puzzles in general were really good. The theme is really nice as well. 2 of the puzzles designs were overly complicated, but overall the puzzles were good. One thing to note: Do not ask for nudges, because the game master will just give you constant nudges and in some cases literal screenshots of answers. Makes it hard to focus on the game.

A really good room in all aspects. All the puzzles are pretty fun, the atmosphere is pretty good, the general feel of the game as a whole is pretty unique enough to make it stand out, and it all comes together to just make a simply really fun room!

Seriously the best escape room i’ve done up until this point. So so good. Scenario rooms just have a great vibe to them! Very fun puzzles. Hard, but definitely doable.

“Yo, DJ! Play that one more time!” What an engaging and interactive room this was! The physical space was utilized really well and this escape room does a strong job of puzzle integration. (Other escape rooms need to take notes lol!). It’s not just another escape room with puzzles to complete but there was meaning behind each of your tasks at hand and it really showed throughout the story. Truly the perfect blend between puzzles (high tech, mechanical, lock and key) and storyline of the Mad Rapper. When you get to the end, everything just Clicks, and there are many a-ha moments and Bid Reveals as well. I would recommend a team of 2-4 players, depending on your skill level and confidence. This room is fairly large and is non-linear as well, so you may divide and conquer and reconvene when the time is right. Music lovers will really enjoy this escape room and appreciate the work and detail that went into it. From the musical instruments, the music, special effects, and the set design, you were truly immersed in the life of the Mad Rapper. 💯

Really good atmosphere. Puzzles were all unique and minimal locks and keys. Puzzles were relatively easy and didn’t take much thinking. Gm treated us well. The story of joining a rap gang is unique, but it has little impact on the puzzles and I didn’t really feel the story during the game. Very fun and colorful space with great music.

This is a really cool game. We had 4 adults and 3 kids ages 7-11. Everyone was able to contribute and have fun. The theme is this really cool retro/hip-hop music vibe. We did need several hints. The game master at times gave us hints unsolicited and I kind of wish they hadn’t done that. Some really cool props and rooms. Overall a really fun experience but I like their other room better.

Really love Scenario Escape rooms for their fun, creative and unique designs. Puzzles were creative and had good flow. Connections between puzzles were also good, and storyline was fun and light hearted. Did it with 6 people, but would reccomend no more than 4.

My 100th escape room!! Such a cool room with lots of hip hop references. Some really unique puzzles and had a ton of fun!

I’ll start by saying I see why most people love this game. The production is great and you can tell a lot of heart and soul went into this game. Anyways, here’s my unpopular opinion: while the production elements were amazing, the puzzles left something to be desired. Too many things relied on dexterity or on making jumps in connections, or were just a bit too tedious to be called puzzles. They were more of challenges to be completed. If you are the kind of person who loves the experience of cool or technical rooms, or loves general novelty in rooms, this one is going to feel amazing. However, if you are the kind of player who loves solving puzzles and the “aha” feeling of escape rooms, this one will probably feel underwhelming.
