Attempts to travel through time have been made again and again but no one has been successful, until now! The secret government project called „Time Travel“ led by Professor Emmerson has finally made a breakthrough. After activating the time machine, the initial reaction was that of jubilation and celebration at this magnificent discovery. That is, until researchers realized something had gone terribly wrong. Babies morphed into grown men, languages mutated and countries disbanded. People even started to disappear before our very eyes! But why? Have you ever heard of the Butterfly Effect? According to the Chaos Theory, the effect grants the power to cause a hurricane in China to a butterfly flapping its wings in New Mexico. It may take a very long time, but the connection is real. If the butterfly had not flapped its wings at just the right point in space/time, the hurricane would not have happened. Professor Emmerson, although a very intelligent man, made a very grave mistake. By moving or changing objects while traveling through time, he accidentally caused massive alterations in mankind’s past and future, which ultimately had a negatively affected the present! Thank goodness you and your brave team have volunteered to be the second group to travel through time, despite the fact that Professor Emmerson never reappeared. There are cheers of joy from the masses as you accept the mission to travel through multiple eras of time to correct the mistakes and set history back on track. However, time traveling is quite dangerous, as the portal is only open for 60 minutes so you must complete your mission quickly. If you do not, you will never make it back to the present and mankind will be doomed! Are you willing and ready to face the challenge?

An older room, the game isn’t as high tech or deeply themed or innovative as their other room The Toymaker, but we still had a good time. The puzzles were well designed.

The game flowed well with the time travel theme moving us along.
Atmosphere
The transition in the theme (often involving crawling) wasn’t very immersive but worked.
Customer service
Our GM Anna was great at welcoming us and setting the story. She took time after we played to tell us little historical Easter eggs throughout the game.

This room is a well paced time travel experience and definitely recommended! I had lots of fun experiencing different times and solving fitting puzzles in each time period.

I played this with one of my friends and it was definitely tricky but manageable! Great puzzles and riddles and a nice journey though time! I loved it

I work at this company, but I played this room before I started working there. I'll be as objective as I can be. I played it with three of my friends. - Story is alright. Sadly I'm not a fan of timetravel stories/escape rooms in general - The room design is great, but might need some work, since the room hasn't really changed since 2017. The details still look nice though - The riddles are everything between easy and difficult. There are a lot of different riddles and I had fun solving them with my friends - The hints were definitely needed and helped us a lot while going through this room - The gamemaster was friendly and motivated - Since I'm not into timetravel rooms, it was a little harder for me to dive into the story but due to the design and details of the room, it got easier as we went on All in all: Since the room is from 2017, it might need some renovations, but it still holds up well and the groups have a lot of fun playing it. It's not easy (quite difficult actually), so 4 players are the perfect amount of people to get through this. 3,5/5

Great room with a lot of love put into it! Story is cool just don’t think to much about it ;) puzzles are great for advanced players as they can be quite tricky without hints. Can definitely recommend playing this one!
