DING! Nothing beats the smell of fresh baked gingerbread cookies around the holidays…except when YOU are the gingerbread cookies. As you gain sentience after leaving that 350 degree inferno, you look around and realize you and your friends are gingerbread cookies fresh from the oven. According to that annoying cookie timer, you have 60 minutes to escape before those hungry kiddos with their grubby little fingers come home for a snack. So, you better run run as fast as you can, escape or be eaten, because YOU’RE the gingerbread man!

There isn't much to say about this room other then it's just a super neat experience for all ages. We did this when it was up in Taunton and are so happy to see it continue down in Mashpee. It was our first christmas themed room and it still stands out as super memorable for it.

What a cute family friendly experience! We went as a group of four, my husband and myself that have done a dozen or so escape rooms and my first time mother in law and 1st grader. We had fun, especially the two newbies! This is a perfect first room to whet your appetite for escape rooms. Super cute, a little dated but well kept and fun! If you’re on the Cape for vacation and want something different to do to break up the beach days this is just the thing!
This was super cute, with nice details from the festive music to the starting room’s “oven-like” feel.
Upside Down Escape Games is low tech but still fun. Older but clever props.
Everyone was so nice! This was the first time my mother in law and my 6 year old son did an escape room and honestly my husband and I had no idea how that was going to work out. Our GM was super kind and patient with them and assured my kiddo it wasn’t scary.
Cute story that’s not the same old “save yourself from an apocalypse, diffuse the bomb, save the world” etc. a nice change of pace!

Not quite as simple as we were expecting but this isn’t going to blow your mind with its difficulty at all. My little kid had fun and we managed to escape.

My 6.5 year old came along. He did pretty well and even actually helped once! A slightly older kid would love it!

This is a smaller room that is geared more towards beginners than the other rooms at UDEG. The room looks nice, with a Christmas theme, and my team had a great time even though it was on the easy side. For more experienced teams, I would recommend the Nocturnal Keep or 80’s rooms. Really all of the rooms at UDEG are worth checking out. It’s a great company with an awesome crew.

I think this is likely a great room for kids/families and new players! It was a bit of a let down for my enthusiast group, especially after playing baggage bandits and nocturnal keep which were so great! Many parts of the room seemed much more like guessing than solving puzzles. But I think it's probably a great room for newbies!

This is a super cute room, and definitely family friendly, first time player room. There is a great treat at the end!
