The game was made much less fun by the game master coming in at random times and giving unneeded clues. The game wasn’t particularly memorable or exciting anyway, but this left a very sour taste in our mouths

205 escape rooms

This game wasn’t worth the money. The design of the room was awful. It was basically an office with escape room puzzles inside it. It wasn’t immersive at all. Also, the only way we got hints was if the GM thought we needed them and then he would come in…That was insanely annoying and would break our concentration. I wouldn’t recommend this room and I would be hesitant on other rooms at this location due to our experience. The clue system at this establishment in Bentonville is awful. They have the same clue system in Fayettville and it’s terrible…you have to wait until the GM thinks you’re having trouble and then you have to wait until they walk into the room to give a clue. I don’t know why they thought this was a good idea What boggles my mind though is the 5 star reviews on Google…they have to be PAID reviews because the games at NWA Escapes at both Fayetteville and Bentonville suck. They’re rip off games of fan favorite movies and games. They will use the content from the movie or game which I’m pretty sure isn’t allowed and then call it something else so they don’t get sued. The design of the rooms are also abysmal…think of a blank office space. Now add little decorations with puzzles sprinkled in… Save your money and don’t play these games. My group’s favorite company around here is Ozark Escapes. You’re welcome.

We had fun but it wasn’t worth the money.

Atmosphere

The design was awful. It was basically an office with escape room type puzzles inside it. It wasn’t immersive at all.

Customer service

The GM was nice and was training 2 interns. The only way we got hints was if the GM thought we needed them and then he would come in. That was insanely annoying and would break our concentration.
