Unique. Highly interactive. Creative. Clean. Everything worked well. GM rock! They totally got into it

Beautiful set and story. Puzzles were nice and not too difficult. But as a result the room felt a little light. I think more puzzles or harder puzzles would have been good.

This is hands down the coolest room we have ever done. The immersion was amazing and such a unique hint system. Every person who works here is so incredibly kind- they were accommodating through email prior to coming and they stayed open late so we could sneak in both rooms on our last day in Seattle. Very techy which we don’t always do the best at, but every piece of the room was intentional and so cool. The rooms are hard. This one is more doable than vanishing act (we only had two of us) and we needed hints almost the entire way, but they were so worth it. I didn’t feel like taking a hint in this situation was taking away from the game because even the hints were somewhat riddles. The only bad thing about this room is there isn’t more of them and I know I won’t get to do another room this great for awhile.

This escape room features immersive and intricate set design clever coupled with appropriately themed puzzles that all remain true to the cute and clever story. I had a lot of fun!

Very cool vibes, sounds, setwork, and puzzles. Anything we ended up needing hints on in hindsight would have been logical (if hard) to figure out had we had more than 2 people :) recommend 4 experienced escapers or 6 less experienced. Very cool experience :)

Setwise, The Storykeeper was good (and a clear step up from Vanishing Act). Locurio is located in a converted residential building, and it seemed like they weren't allowed to make major modifications to the walls, leading to the awkward feeling of being in a room that, while nicely decorated, was ultimately just one you might find at home. If they were able to modify the walls, I think that would tip it over to a great set for me. There were some spots where lighting could have been better. The set seemed to be in good condition - I wouldn't have guessed that this game had been around for so long. The high point of the game for me was the GM/actor - his character was great, and helped elevate the unusual plot. Creating a compelling story seems to be Locurio's strength as a company. Spacewise, 3 players felt like a good number for Storykeeper. The space felt a little smaller (or at least more occupied) than Vanishing Act, so I don't think I'd want to go above 4. While still parallelizable, it's not as much as in Vanishing Act, and I think 2 decent players would have a good time. Puzzlewise, most things seemed good, but there could have been better signposting in a few spots. I could see one puzzle potentially being problematic for people who don't have a particular background, as I didn't see anything in-game which would have indicated what we needed to know if we hadn't already known it. Another puzzle seemed to have no indication about the intended interaction method - while there was feedback, it was subtle and as far as we could tell, unclued in-game.
Yes
The plot was unusual, and the GM/actor was critical in selling the story.

Not at all
Midway through the game, a player will have to kneel to gather information; another puzzle probably requires kneeling for proper access. The entire team has to crawl near the end of the game, though this is probably avoidable if necessary.
Yes
A little harder than most escape rooms, Locurio is tucked away in a converted residential building

It wasn't too hard to find street parking, but I could imagine it being occasionally difficult

Very very cool room. Immersive is an understatement. Some of the puzzles we really struggled with and spent too much time on, but felt we goofy when we finally figured it out. This room is one that I’ll always remember. Played with 2 people and it was manageable

Great puzzles that achieve a rare feat of requiring nearly no written words or instructions.

I loved this room! I was shocked about the twist (I went in completely blind on what would happen) and had a great time. I enjoyed that even the style of the clues were immersive. I can't wait to come back to Seattle just to do their other rooms.
Such great staff!

A fantastical fairy tale adventure! 🧚♀️📕 Been hoping to play this for years and it was worth it! Seriously one of the best games in the Pacific Northwest. Very good puzzles, flow and decor. Creative, in universe way of delivering the story and hint system. Can’t wait to come back for their new room and location! I played room #200 here in the same visit and they went above and beyond making it an extra special experience!
Fun and Novel 😳
Very immersive story and setting
Very welcoming and accommodating!
