Can you survive a horror film? This murderous horror movie fan wants to watch you try. Each player will take a quiz before the game to determine which character they are: The Nerd, Virgin, Jock, Rebel, Prom Queen, or Detective. Your team will be divided into separate rooms where you must work individually and as a team. Not only do you need to escape, but you must also survive! Who will live? Who will die?

Fantastic room for big team. Lots of fun and great moments. Good banter with the game master and amazing set dressing. Tons of room for replayability

fun and scary atmosphere but puzzles were a little underwhelming and relied on everyone else a little too much but very fun and would do again

rooms that separate people sometimes scare me because if you can’t get out without other people’s help it sucks, but this room made me feel better about that fear. our middleman was very good about giving everyone the pieces from other rooms which made solving things way easier. it was fun to have to solve my own puzzles and my special hex box so i enjoyed it a lot. even that was teamwork: i solved my friend’s hex box and he solved mine. we even all came together to solve the last hex box for our friend before we got out despite knowing the code to the door. we’re completionists through and through and it was so rewarding with this room! very stressful in the moment but it was a lot of fun
the gameplay was ALL locks (at least for my room), so it felt kind of bland. i won’t speak for anyone else’s rooms but that was my experience. not necessarily bad because i had
i liked that each player had their own room snd “themed” puzzles, but there were specialized sound effects and also a monologue geared towards our character as well!
our GM was so funny and made the experience very fun

We LOVED the hex room - the re-playability is high with a great split start. Great for teams and communication work. Olivia was the best GM ever. 💖

Hex room can be played more than once. The only thing that was a major vibe killer was our phone stopped working during gameplay. Other than that, this escape room was very creative and requires a lot of communication between you and your party.

The Hex Room definitely delivers an excellent experience. I would recommend doing this room with five or six people.

You really have to do this room with people you're familiar with (close/good friends, family, etc.) Because communication is a huge part of puzzle solving and escaping the room. When I did this room, I did it with 3 other people I can communicate relatively well, and 2 others who I just met ... so go figure on what happened during the escape room. Communication was a huge issue, we almost didn't escape. The others tried as best as they can to coax the people who weren't too keen on talking to communicate with the rest of the team, but it was like pulling teeth because we can't physically help solve puzzles in the room. So that was my biggest tip to successfully escape this room, bring people who are good at communicating and are determined to escape. 😁

Love this game! It's replayable I've played three times and only escaped once!
