Step back into the swinging 60s with our Mods and Rockers themed escape room. It’s the perfect room for a big team out looking for a good time. Don’t get too carried away with the cool 60s tunes, the vintage Vespa scooter or playing with the genuine 1964 pinball machine though. There’s a murder mystery to solve here! Mod gang member Jimmy has been murdered and it’s up to you, the rest of his gang, to find out what happened to him. Solve puzzles, uncover clues and delve into the mystery to discover what happened to Jimmy. Get your cool clobber on, pop on some 60s classic tunes and prepare yourself for a brain tingling mystery where all is not as it seems

Good escape room. Definitely need a larger team to do comfortably. Enough hints were given as a tiny team but I feel it would be better with the right number of players! Interesting puzzles with some unique elements.

Loved the Mod theming to the room but as others have said in their reviews it’s probably the one we found the least fun at pier pressure but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. I think it would be better with a slightly larger group, it’s the first room we’ve felt we wanted more people than our team of 3. Overall still a great room

Loved the whodunit 60s theme, where the aim is to solve the murder and not escape.
Great props, live the use of the 6s theme and how the games master enhances that

Solving a murder mystery, but not in a typical detective setting, 60s Brighton makes it feel fresh

The theme was strong and some of the puzzles were good. I think overall for me, whilst nothing wrong with the room as such, it just didn’t feel a fun room.

The game didn't particularly gel with me, I'm not entirely sure why - maybe I was fried from doing this and Loot The Lanes back to back, and maybe it was due to how unlinear it was. With that being said, the set design was awesome and fitted the theme perfectly. It was great to see how Pier Pressure have designed unique puzzles around these staple features of the 60s. It was a little difficult in places, and maybe a few leaps in logic were needed, but overall, it's still miles ahead of a lot of the escape rooms I've done, and is fully deserving of the heart I've given it.

Giving it a heart, but it’s really between a thumbs up and a heart. It’s great for puzzle lovers, but was my 3rd favorite at this location. The set was ok, but not as great as the other 2 we played. Still a wonderful game and we played to the end as a team of 2. Super fun! Haven’t played Raver Quest and dying to go back and play that game.

first escape room i ever played and i thoroughly enjoyed! although i cannot remember many details as it was in 2019, i remember thinking the GMing was really good, they used the space very well & the set design was very well done! definitely going back to pier pressure soon to complete all the rest of their rooms!:)
