We did this room with 4 adults and 4 children. It was big enough for 8, but a little crazy at times. The room worked well for larger groups with puzzles that could be worked on in parallel.
Gameplay
Good series of puzzles and physical interactive elements. Made sense and could have different puzzles being worked on at the same time. There was one bit at the end which didn’t quite work, but otherwise it all worked great.
Atmosphere
Great theming in rooms. Particularly Enjoyed the third room.
Customer service
Well looked after, didn’t give a hint when close to figuring it out.

We really enjoyed this game. We were too slow but found the puzzles all great fun and were pleased we could work all of them out. Could have done with splitting up more or having more than 2 people. Great sets and felt very immersive the whole time. We will go back to give it another try.
Gameplay
A reasonably seamless flow of puzzles. A few red herrings at times which we assume were to be used in the last section of the game we didn't make it to.
Atmosphere
Great set. A smidge tired in places but overall very well done.
Customer service
If we were being picky then Polly didn't sound very parrot like. We were treated well and definitely benefitted from the in depth padlock explanation at the start.

One of the best rooms I’ve done. Had several rooms each looked great with different types of puzzle. Games master was good and never handed out clues unnecessarily. Would highly recommend. Do this before the outfitters at the same place as this is easier.
