Wow! What a βFun Houseβ this was to play! Between the set design, the props, and the storyline, Cross Roads really knows how to make this room Magical. You can tell that a lot of love, detail, and time went into Fun House because every door, prop, and puzzle was utilized in one way or another. This room really made you think and Consider Your Actions! My group had a lot of fun interacting with this room, and there were quite a few laughs in between puzzles. One puzzle stumped us, and we felt that one of the rooms could have been utilized better, but overall, we had a great time in Fun House! Beware though! This room can be a bit overwhelming for those who have a lot of anxiety or hyperactivity because of how strong and beautifully crafted this set design is. Truly, from the walls to the ceilings, this room will make you rethink your colors, language, and perspective haha. Lastly, donβt forget to press The Button! (If you know what I mean π)
The game play was smooth and flowed well with one another. This is a linear escape room, but you are given puzzles that you may not have enough information for, so remember that. This room has a great blend of high tech and mechanical puzzles, in addition to the usual lock and key method.
This set design truly immerses you in the Fun House and brings you back to the carnivals that you experienced as a kid. Itβs funny, playful, and realistic. Kids and adults alike would appreciate the detail and creativity that went into this room.
Our GM was AMAZING! We had Alina, and she was so attentive, funny, and immersive. She stayed in character throughout and always played off of our words. We loved her sense of humor and guest service, and she is one of the reasons that The Fun House was FUN!

super fun and cute room. super super non linear so i was getting very confused at some parts since my friends were figuring stuff out that i had no idea about. puzzles were super creative though and surprisingly difficult. almost all of the puzzles were locks but to figure out the combos was still fun and interesting. definitely recommend for a bit of a bigger group like 4+ at least. it can get stressful at times. the character zoltar is super silly though and makes everything much more fun and exciting.
super non linear so i was very confused a lot of the time, but puzzles still made sense
super cute room i love all the decor and cute props and such.
gm zakk was awesome, had him for this room and hex room on the same day, super funny and had great comedic timing

This was such a fun room, I highly recommend. I have to say I loved Zoltare the Great. Our GM David was amazing!!! Parking at this location is really good a huge lot right out front. My only con is they donβt let you take pics in the room, they have a marquee set up in front.
Mixture of both

The set designs at Cross Roads are unlike any other. They look like something you would see at a Disney theme park! If youβre too scared to try the other two rooms, please do this one! Itβs so goofy and every inch is full of charm! Our game master, David, was absolutely hilarious and super attentive! It always adds an extra layer to the experience when the game master is having just as much fun as we are!

This is a fun little room with circus overload, and such creative use of limited space. Love the sense of humor that permeates this room, including the clue system, which is quite fun.

If you are just talking about the puzzles then for my money this is probably the best of the three rooms at Cross Roads. I think it would be best with two players so that you get to see everything, as the room is largely nonlinear. We had six because we also wanted to play Hex Room and that was just too many for the room to last very long. But I appreciated the sense of whimsy. There are some genuinely amusing moments in this room and some great surprises hidden throughout the set and the overall design. Also be sure to interact with your βhint systemβ even if you donβt need any hints. Highly recommended.

Definitely a fun room. Went with some friends and we got tripped up a little bit on some of the puzzles. Really well put together and the story was nice. It is a little hard but not too bad. Our GM was awesome and really got in to character which made this place all the better. Planning on going back to do the Weeping Witch along with the other rooms!

Both Zakk and Lukas were super friendly. Lukas was our GM and made the game absolutely hilarious. One of the best built rooms we've seen and the vibes were great the whole time

βTreat Fun House as its own unique species of animal, and you'll see the gem that it is.β
βThe Fun House played like a near-perfect execution of early-style escape rooms.β
