First we had the best GM we could have asked for Mandy did an amazing job! This one kept us on our toes down to the last few seconds. You truly feel like you're in an ice cream shop. And it had a variety of puzzles which we appreciate. Not scary at all with lots of fun back to the future references.

I absolutely loved this room! My coworkers and I played 2 rooms at this location and got the hang of it for this room, while we struggled a bit during the first one! We found out after that the first one was their hardest 60 minute room, but they were both still incredibly fun!

We ended up doing Video Store and Hop’s when visiting Dare 2 Escape but Hops was definitely the more boring of the two. I felt like the puzzles were much easier, though the company itself rated it as a much easier escape room than the Video Store. Some of the codes ended up being guesses for the order and we had multiple moments where we would unlock or open something and we had NO idea what to do next so we’d have to ask for a code! I feel like those kinds of moments detract from the experience rather than needing codes once you understand puzzles, you’re just struggling at doing them. Also the space is super small and very difficult for everyone to be involved with over 2 players! No more than 3 recommended!

I have to agree with the rest of the reviews that others have made. While the theme and room design were really cool, the puzzles weren’t great. There were ambiguous puzzles that were very frustrating at times. It was as if, for each puzzle there was one single train of thought to arrive at the correct solution and if you didn’t think that way then you would not know the answer or you would have to ask for a clue

This is such a fantastic escape room, and a must try if you are visiting Dare 2 Escape! The experience was extraordinarily immersive, and the set design was some of the best I’ve ever seen. We were quite literally transported to a 50s/60s diner. The puzzles were hard at times, but definitely not impossible. While on the smaller side, the room provided a great challenge for our group. Not to mention, the music had us jamming the whole time! Highly recommend!

The 50's diner setting was unusual, but the best part of the game was the soundtrack (I was tempted to stop puzzling and dance) and unexpected secret theme, which I holds a special place in my heart. If you're not a fan of the source material, I suppose it might not land as strongly. The space is pretty small (so you want a small team; 3 is OK but more is pushing it), and I think some puzzles could be better clued; this combines to make the room feel harder than normal.

Thoroughly enjoyed this entire room! The music, the puzzles, and the set design were particularly some of my favorites! All the staff at the place were amazing, and definitely will be back to try the other rooms. This is one of the places that I have had booked for quite some time, and while I didn’t get to do the room that I had wish listed, I still had a wonderful time in a room that really deserves awards that it’s received. I love that our game master, Naddy, was so helpful. (Please forgive me if I butchered how you spell your name.) I definitely recommend to people that want a challenging and fun game, that isn’t spooky or scary. It had enough puzzles that kept us stumped without being irritating, and some little hidden things that were super amazing. I will definitely be back to do all of the rooms!

I LOVED this room. It was very cute and the story was super unique. The puzzles were really well integrated into the story and I was super invested the whole way through. Although it is a very cute room, the puzzles are very difficult.

My boyfriend & I completed 5 rooms at Dare 2 Escape. I’d rank the rooms as followed: Seventh Room At the Hop Ice Cream Shoppe Video Store Ringmaster Paper Company The decorations for At the Hop Ice Cream Shoppe were cute, fitting, & immersive. The space was fine for a couple, but might feel a little tight for larger parties. Perhaps other Morty reviews could be checked for certainty. All 5 rooms at Dare 2 Escape had many puzzles. 🧩 Paper Company seems the best fit for a couple, followed by Seventh Room & At the Hop Ice Cream Shoppe. To finish in a timely fashion, we split up in Ringmaster. This room may be more enjoyable as a party of 3. Video Store felt fast-pace as a couple. I suspect it would be more enjoyable as a party of 3.

Pretty fun little room. The room is a bit cramped for larger groups. I liked the puzzles but a couple of them could be clued better. I enjoyed the game and would recommend.
