Motel

I really enjoyed playing this room with a group of 6.The perfect amount of puzzles to keep you entertained and the atmosphere was phenomenal.

I loved the theme!

The artists behind those escape rooms have 10+ years of experience in the industry and their rooms keep getting better and better.Motel was such a solid room.We loved every second of it.The games masters were lovely as always.We heard that they were working on a new Gen 3 dark thriller themed escape room.Cant wait!!!!!

This was an interesting room. Initially there wasn't much to go off and we definitely got sidetracked by a bit of a red herring. There was a lot going on throughout the experience which made it challenging to figure out what were clues (plenty of red herrings) and we were definitely kept on our toes. Apart from one puzzle we were stumped on, we were able to work out way though the room without too much difficulty but this was definitely a more challenging room than Raven Hill which we also competed here.

I really appreciated the theme of the experience as a motel room makes for great set design. There were some tricky puzzles throughout which seemed to require more guesswork than logical deduction, however that appears to be a bit of common occurrence when it comes to this venue and its sister venue in St Kilda. Not game breaking, just annoying. A couple cool twists and turns that kept the story interesting but could've been more immersive all round.

Frustrating room with illogical puzzles. The games masters were not very welcoming or engaging and went between constantly wanting to give us hints and not responding to requests. Would be ok for people who hadn’t done many escape room.
