The Perfumer

We loved this room, the production value was top notch. The puzzles were challenging. This was the second escape room I have ever done and it set the bar super high. Their parking is very limited, if you can get everyone toarrive in one vehicle or get dropped off you will be happier.

Probably one of the worst escape room experiences we’ve had. The room was not reset properly. Several of the puzzles were already in their “completed” state, which of course confused the heck out of us. The GM played it off like nothing was wrong when we expressed our confusion. The room looked great, but we left very very disappointed. Maybe it was just bad luck. :-/

Extremely immersive room, and very challenging. We wore the provided costumes and really enjoyed being put into the story. Tons of bespoke, detailed props and puzzles. My favorite part was the linear start of the room, but the number of tasks to do towards the end got a bit confusing.

While I really liked the atmosphere of the room, and the puzzles seemed to be interesting, there were far too many places where our movement forward hinged on one puzzle that we just couldn't figure out. There were also some malfunctions in the room--doors opened before they were supposed to open, and at one point the whole system just crashed! The room went dark, with only emergency lights. The operator was absolutely wonderful--kept us appraised the whole time about what was happening... he had to come in and reboot the whole system. We likened it to having a Disneyland ride shut down and being escorted off. But that combined with the challenging puzzles we just couldn't figure out made for a frustrating experience.

Fun room, cool puzzles some stuff didn’t work quite right and the room is linear but isn’t if that makes sense. I’d say it’s a 7/10

This one was really cool, although there is one part near the end that I’m still not sure how it worked. I like the incorporation of the little boy in the attic or LBITA helping you as I liked to call it!!!

This escape room was a great challenge! There was a lot for a small team of 3 to do, but each puzzle was creative and fun to solve. We also had a great host, which added to our experience.

The set was actually incredible and the flow from each room was truly exciting, however the puzzles were just “okay”. It was a bit confusing because we kept getting held up over the prop manuals and diaries thinking we needed information from them but they didn’t really help at all. Also has a very unique ending ;)

This is a medium difficulty room with about 2 difficult puzzles. You get to use a lot of your senses here and a nice storyline that is different than most games. Overall a nice experience due to the great storytelling

Excellent room atmosphere design and the staff members were very fun to interact and talk with. The integration of a few smell puzzles was great. My main gripe with the room was with the lighting and the music. The electric candle lights are quite bright to look at, but also hard to use when inspecting or reading items. We started gathering around to cover the candles for each other because they were blinding us from being able to read a clue. The music, which is mostly there for atmosphere, started getting so loud that we could not hear each other and had to yell over the music, or close doors to shut out some of the louder speakers. Overall a good room that I would recommend but I wish they could fix those two things.
