So this may be unfair but I’ve never had a poorer escape experience than this one due to the overbooking and forced into a WAY too big public game. 

My 3 friends and I understood we may get paired with another group but they forced 5 groups of strangers together for a total group size of 12 people. It was terrible. Some people had no clue what they were doing. They’d randomly push and touch things that reset puzzles. They wouldn’t communicate on finding anything and the game masters/actors made it worse not better. Oh and each new room would have the Jigsae voice over trying to guide and give clues but people were just yelling out what they see/find and couldn’t hear any of it most of the time. 

The set decoration was AMAZING though and if you’re a SAW fan a must see but insist on a private experience. The puzzles were stupid and not clever and the final puzzle was a BROKEN piece of equipment that even the game masters say they can’t get open themselves most of the time unless you try it 3-5 times. I hate losing due to faulty equipment. You pay for an experience and you expect it to function and work.  Imagine paying for a movie when the projector is constantly breaking down!?  

Not surprised at all this is “permanently closed”. They need to fix it and stop trying to be greedy pushing disjoint LARGE groups into an experience that needs 6 people max.

Being a Saw movie lover, I was very excited to do this one. Unfortunately we were put with a group that had never done an escape room. This was not a beginner room. One person kept telling us it didn’t matter which order you put the numbers in a combination lock. Um….  Ok. But the set was amazing!!!
