This game was a let down for us. We were expecting more of a detective story, but it was overly focused on the gore aspects, sacrificing gameplay. It did not flow well, was poorly lit, and the ending made no sense. Many of the puzzles were a bizarre leap in logic, particularly in the last room. Cannot recommend this one.
Not the best mix of puzzles, and several made no logical sense, even after the clues. The ending in particular was a real head-scratcher--no clear reason for it to happen, and then things just end. Also, could have used some more explanation and build up from the game master before entering the room.
A very gory theme. To support the atmosphere it was of course dimly lit, but so much so, it really made the gameplay difficult.
Staff was very friendly, but clearly understaffed. She seemed to be working 3 groups at the same time, and often swapping between customers in the very small 'lobby'. We weren't sure what was going on for quite a while after our arrival.
Particularly interesting or different
No
As mentioned, pretty much standard horror room fare, with heavy emphasis on gore. Also, the ending was one of the worst we have seen in an escape room.
Many were the standard escape room puzzle types, but there were a few that required leaps in logic that made little sense, and we would never have guessed without a hint.
We had 5 and was way too crowded
More gory than scary, no jump scares
The speakers to communicate with the game master was intermittent at best; we had to have her repeat clues multiple times to hear/understand her
Two areas that required getting low on your back; a couple of team members had to be walked around outside the game room to get to the final act because of inability to crouch low enough
