Venturing out in the deep space, you and your team of researchers were heading towards an undocumented planet to look for new resources. Hovering the main ship outside of its gravitational pull, you all board a dropship to fly in closer. As the ship is released, a strong electromagnetic presence interferes with the systems and shuts the power off. Outside your windows, you can see yourselves slowly floating closer to the planet, just on the edge of its pull. Without your landing gear, it’s up to your team to turn on the emergency backup power, get that teleporter on and head back to the main ship before you crash land on the planet

Puzzles were uninteresting, way too many stickers saying things weren’t part of the puzzle. Hard to find things that were part of the puzzle. There was a “not part of the puzzle” sticker on something that had a clue. Didn’t show us how to unlock a lock that was unintuitive, had to call them to help even though we had the answer. Worst room I’ve done even though I’ve found other Exit rooms ok
Puzzles were either basic or annoying. One puzzle was as far as we could tell just trial and error, which it would’ve been fun but there weren’t any other interesting puzzles so it just seemed boring
It was fine, though so many “not part of the game” and “do not touch” stickers that took us out of the game. More locks that weren’t part of the game than were, was a challenge just to find a lock without a “not part of the game” sticker

I should’ve checked this room’s scores on Morty before booking. Having used the same company in Nanaimo I had high hopes which were sadly let down. Game was v basic, one puzzle didn’t work and the staff had to come into the room to give you hints which killed the atmosphere stone dead! Was ok but wouldn’t recommend if you want a challenging game or a more immersive experience. The staff also seemed bored to be there and we had to seek them out when we’d finished as they didn’t seem to realise we had escaped.

Gameplay felt basic - had to use items more than once, one puzzle didn’t work so had to override it and overall not the most challenging - certainly not a 4/5 difficulty
The props were good and set the atmosphere but sadly didn’t get to use half of them. Also when you asked for a hint they had to come into the room to give them to you which killed the atmosphere stone dead
Staff were ok - greeted us but felt like they weren’t interested at all after that. When we finished we had to find them to say we were out and then had to ask for a photo as they were too busy collecting their jacket and bags to leave
Easy
Definitely not a 4/5 as advertised - basic puzzles

Second room done here. Both were so anticlimactic. They didn't even know we were out of the room when we finished. No one is paying attention to the game. If you need a clue they walk in the room which kills the atmosphere.

Room was dark on purpose, puzzles were not very innovative, and some props were old and were used multiple times. Game did not provide much room to explore, steps were quite prescriptive and simple. Not recommended.
Not innovative and very prescriptive. Game props were used multiple times to solve different problems.
Cool props, room was small though.
Great staff!
Yes
Felt like one of the first puzzles did not trigger correctly, causing confusion during the game.
