We had terrible customer service here. We specifically called during the time of public games to make sure we wouldn’t play with children. We were paired with a group of children that had no adult with them and then were treated as though we weren’t watching our kids except we didn’t have kids with us and we shouldn’t have been made to be responsible for other people’s kids. They broke puzzles and the game-master wasn’t watching closely enough so when we asked for hints they didn’t give us the correct help. For example we explained one of the kids changed the time on the clock but they kept telling us to use the time of the clock…which didn’t work because they changed it.
