Alien Grill

We loved this one of our favorites from our trip.

Alien Grill was our third game of the day at Illuminati Escape, continuing the streak after Cyber Attack and Jackpot. As highlighted in my previous reviews, the themed waiting area and the unique touch of having the same GM (Keira) throughout all our games made the whole day feel more curated and immersive, something truly rare and clearly encouraged by the owner. This was my first alien-themed escape room, and I have a soft spot for extraterrestrial/aliens, so I might be a bit biased, but I absolutely loved it. The start of the game sets the tone beautifully, and the decor and atmosphere evolve progressively, pulling you deeper into the extraterrestrial storyline. The puzzles were creative and well integrated, with a particularly strong and memorable ending space. The experience strikes a good balance between fun, immersion, and innovation, with a few challenges that would benefit from having at least one experienced player on the team. That said, it’s still very approachable. Highly recommended for all players, especially those who enjoy a extraterrestrial flair in their escape adventures. 👽

Really awesome experience! Very friendly staff, helpful nudges but not too revealing, great effects. Great for linear game lovers!

It’s a nice escape room experience that I personally loved because of some details and the setting. In regards to puzzles and tasks pretty straightforward and guided; as a bit more experienced players we were able to figure many things out even without reading/ listening to instructions. Fun for kids as well :)

A must play game in Berlin

The "Alien Grill" escape room at Illuminati Escape offers an immersive sci-fi adventure with its futuristic setting and detailed decor. A real solid escape room! It started pretty easy in the beginning but got exceptionally harder at one point. If you stay well-organized and communicate effectively, it's not a problem though. The story was fine, but the room is definitely puzzle-oriented. It was not lock driven which i appreciated a lot. I personally really liked the decoration and was a big fan of the theme implementation. The Illuminati game masters were very accommodating and friendly. 9/10 must play.

7.4/10 Straight forward fun escape room. Experienced players will get out quickly. Great mix of tech and physical puzzles. A bit overwhelming in a certain spot but once you understand how to continue the puzzle flow is excellent.

This escaperoom was a lot of fun! The set design is really nice and the riddles are short, but fun. Sadly, it went by pretty fast and was a bit too easy for my taste. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the whole experience and liked (almost) every second of it!

One of the better rooms in Berlin. Visually really well made and varied. We had fun. Is really recommended.
