Loved the immersion they create! Not your run of the mill puzzles. We had a great time. Made it out with the two and only a nudge from the GM when we left a clue behind somewhere but no clues.

I really enjoyed this room. I think some of the puzzles were a little challenging for the group I was playing with but it wasn’t hard to get a hint or a little help when we needed it. There was def some unique puzzles and atmosphere touches that made this one great. I would def recommend!

This room was on the easier side, but I really enjoyed the story progression! We finished with 2 people, though we both are pretty experienced. The puzzles are pretty linear, so probably not great for large groups. Our GM Haleigh did a great job leading us along and playing their character!

The puzzles were fun! The special agent (GM) gave some in-game pointers that broke the flow a little. It was nice that there are extra puzzles if you finished quickly too.

The atmosphere was pretty good! There were plenty of props that helped sell the story.

Our GM Haleigh was great! They played the characters very well (great accents!) and followed along with our progress closely so they could prompt us when we got stuck.

One of the puzzles wasn’t working properly, but the GM managed to give us the answer in a way that fit into the narrative and let us move on. After we finished, they fixed the puzzle and let us have a go at it for fun, which is much appreciated!

Overall, a good experience that could be great if they could smooth out the optional mission transition. Great theming, friendly staff, and overall a fun time.

Gameplay flowed well for most of the game. I think there was an option for additional puzzles if the players were more advanced / able to solve the puzzles quickly. The transition to the extra mission was a bit clunky and could use some work, but overall it was a good experience.
Atmosphere
Puzzles were unique with pretty neat integration of computers and electronics into the room. Also the theming was pretty cool with players donning tactical vests with other props and earpieces for communications.
Customer service
Staff was very friendly. However, they could be a little less proactive about giving hints without prompting. Towards the end, due to the optional mission, it was very confusing and the staff could have given us a bit more time to work through the next puzzles.

Fun room - but the “bonus chapters” to extend the game make it feel like the props are broken. There’s got to better ways to extend game play without feeling like we did something wrong. Still a good game, fun & immersive, just needs a different lead-in for the bonus chapters.
