Many props used in the clues were similar to each other which likely makes it hard to put away properly, but because we had the wrong prop for the clue we had to call the game master in 3 times to fix it to figure out the clue we needed. It was frustrating. These were the first escape rooms we tried last year and now having done many others, these are the most simplistic in story and theme. Good location for first timers to get their feet wet but advanced players may find it lacking.
Gameplay
There are many similar props and they were not put away properly so we had to keep calling the game master in to help and lost about 9 min doing so
Customer service
The game master was helpful and likely not her fault that things were put away improperly and helped us navigate the wrong clues
