This was a decent room, but unfortunately it needs a little work. A couple of the puzzles didn't work properly, but the GM was very quick to help us find a work around. We also had a teammate who kept punching random codes into a lock the kept locking it down. I think, based on what we accomplished, the atmosphere and the staff, this would be a fun room, if we were alone.

Apart from one room being tight, I think it is accessible to most.

I've been to 2 escape rooms at this place, so I can definitively state that I hate this place. You're given 10 minutes between clues, and if the first clue sucks, well, it sucks to be you. They had one puzzle that had 7 permutation and had like 5 clues.
Was it novel? yes. Did it flow well? no.
They must have been busy that day, but I walked up to the counter and the guy spoke over me to talk to someone else first, and this guy came in after me.

again, when you don't have enough clues, don't expect people to finish it.

I am not vindictive so I want to be clear that I didn't rate this low because we didn't escape. Production quality was good. Some of the puzzles didn't quite work as they should but most were good. Our main complaint was the clue rules. We had to wait 15 minutes between clues which basically put a halt to our game play if we were stuck. It was extremely frustrating as we have no qualms about asking for a clue when we need it.
Meh. They were extra-busy that day so I'm giving a thumbs-up instead of a thumbs-down, but I am not excusing management for not staffing accordingly.
