The theming was fun, but the puzzles are very run of the mill. We flew through this room. The lighting in the room was a tad dark so it was tough to see some clues and that could trip people up. It really felt like you were in a pirate hull at some points, and I think of the four rooms at this location, it is the most immersive.
The people at the front desk were...honestly a little rude. They were too busy on their phones and seemed annoyed we were there.

Love the set up of the room, but honestly didnβt like how some of the gadgets did not work when we had puzzles correctly placed. We had puzzles correct the 1st time & things did not open. It was a waste of time & very frustrating. Also things can get a bit confusing at times.

With broken puzzles, clues being given for completed objectives and solutions still not working i wouldnt reccommend this particular escape room

The theming was great, and everything tied back to the story. Each puzzle was different but each one had easy clues to find in the room once our game master sent a clue saying to look closer at things lol. By far the best-themed escape room I've done yet. The vibes were immaculate and I would so recommend this game.

The room was a lot of fun! There was one puzzle that didnβt trigger immediately like it should have & we kept having to move pieces around until it triggered, which was a little frustrating. But the worst of all, yet again, was the customer service. If you can look past the employees, itβs a great room. Maybe try it at a different location.
Had the same problem Iβve had with them before. We escaped this room & no one came to greet us after. When we walked out of the room ourselves, we saw an employee at the desk & they were just like βoh did you escape?β Like they werenβt paying attention. The rooms at this location are good but the customer service is seriously lacking.
